Mae's POV

12 years earlier

"Again daddy!"I giggle as my daddy spins me around. "Okay,princess."He says and tickles me as he twirls me around and around. "Not to much,Richard!She just ate lunch!"My mommy yells from her spot on the blanket. "Oh she'll be fine,Marge!Won't you,princess?"He asks tickling me as he flew me over to mommy.Suddenly growling could be heard.Daddy stood in front of me,baring his teeth. "What are you doing on my land,Rouge?"He asked no-one.Then a huge wolfie appeared,looking straight at me. "No! She's only four years old!"The wolfie lunged at me,but mommy jumped in the way. "Marge!"Daddy screams as the wolfie attacked mommy.Suddenly daddy turned in an even bigger wolfie the that rouge thing.He looked so cool!Daddy charged at the rouge thing and bit his neck!It fell to the ground,not moving.Neither was mommy.I let out a cry and ran to her.Daddy did too,he licked her neck,trying to heal her wounds.The pack doctor came a looked mommy over,then looked down sadly.I cried harder,daddy howled to the sky,then shifted back,wearing nothing.He gathered me in his arms and rocked me back and forth,until he stopped.He pulled me away from him and looked at me in disgust. "It's your fault she's dead!If I had just given you to the rouge she would be alive!" He screamed and pushed me away so I landed on the ground.I looked at daddy in fear,he had never hurt me before.He looked at me with such hatred,I actually believed him.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock blaring in my ear.I checked the time,6:30.Time to get up and make breakfast for everyone but me.Lucky me.

We can find our mate today! My wolf Fae said.

Who would want us,Fae?We're worthless,well at least I am.

No you're not!We're still leaving tonight,right?

Yes,I can't stay any longer.

After that I cut off the connection and went to shower quickly.As the semi-warm water ran down my body I silently begged to the Moon Goddess that I have a mate.But who would love me,after I killed my mother?I got out and dried off quickly,picking out something to wear that won't show any scars.He doesn't like it when people see them.I practically run down the stairs,making sure no-one wakes up.Everyone knows I'm the Omega,but no one hits me.Except him.No-one knows he does,I think some do,their just to afraid to say anything.I wish they would.I wish someone would.After I finished making eggs,pancakes,sausage,bacon,hash browns,home fries,and ham I put everything on the table along with coffee,juice and water.I then went up to my room to pack.I grabbed the stack of cash I hid under my bed.

We're going to leave now,Fae.I don't want to be here any longer.

I make sure I packed everything I need then jump out of my window.I then shift in to my wolf and run as fast as I can,away from the place I used to call home.I run until I reach another town.
