"Karlie wake up, please wake up!" I woke up to my little sister Ragen waking me up by jumping on my bed making me bounce up and down. "Happy Birthday Karlie!" Ragen says screaming.
I groaned and rolled over "MOM!!" I scream covering my head with a pillow, soon I hear my mom coming in "yes Karlie what is it." She says grabbing my 2 year old sister off my bed, I sat up "mom Ragen woke me up." I say pouting.
She laughs "girl if you don't quit and she wanted to wake you up to be the first to say Happy Birthday, so get up and come down stairs for breakfast." My mom says walking out of my room.
I got out of bed and headed to my bathroom to shower, once I was out of the shower I walked into my closet to get my birthday outfit out that my mom bought me yesterday.

After I was dressed I made my way down stairs to be greeted by my dad with a big bear hug "I can't believe my baby is 17." He says making a pouty face, I laughed and so did my mom.
"Baby you still have Ragen and Anna" She says holding my 3 month old baby brother Aiden.
"Yea dad now you have the boys to think about and now that she is captain of the cheer team at school." My 15 year old brother DJ said eating a piece of bacon.
"No I'm not ready for you to have a boyfriend." My dad says still hugging me.
I laughed "dad I don't have a boyfriend because of you, uncle Jaylon, uncle Jason, uncle Nate, uncle Austin, and uncle Jacob. You guys scare them away every time." I say walking to the table
"Okay everybody sit so we can eat because in a hour we have to go grandmas, so eat up." My mom says putting Aiden down in his chair.
As we were eating there was a knock at the door "I'll get it" I say getting up from the table, I opened the door to my bestfriend Chris Taylor with 2 big gift bags and a happy birthday balloon bouquet. "Happy Birthday to the most beautiful girl." He says walking in the door.
