Yama

The land of the rising sun. Since the sun rises in the west, Yama would be the perfect location for a romantic picnic at sunrise. That would be true if it wasn't filled to its neck in bandits, assassins and rogue samurai. Deep into the lush mountains sits the emerald city, Hekishoku. Being the main front of the emerald army and the royal Inzei family. Formally ruled by the great Ozai Inzei, Yama's military power outranks any other upon the United continent. With one of the royal princesses fighting among the ranks, who could doubt their seriousness? 

Since the largest country, Kaldur is incapable of producing food, the job is up to Yama. But with produce comes wildlife. This wildlife attracts many captors looking to make some quick gold. Due to this, the captor's guild has made Yama a large part of its organisation.

Some say that legendary beasts reside in the unclimbable mountains, biding their time, plotting their attack. Speaking of beasts, many tribes of Nekoman also make Yama their home, hiding in caves to stay safe from poachers. Every now and then there are rumours of Nekoman being recruited by Captor teams due to their proficiency in water magic.

A chaotic yet peaceful lifestyle the residents Yama have. But those peaceful days are starting to run dry. Bandit attacks constantly increasing and dark mages prowling the streets for prey, what could this possibly mean?
