My name is Tony and I hate
Valentine's day ... I absolutely loathe this day ... Who wants to see people give over sized stuffed animals to their Lovers It's disgusting ... but I still have school and my parents won't let me skip so here I go ... time for hell
As soon as I walk into the building I'm ready to barf...
Why do I hate this day so much you ask? Because every Valentine's day my friends ditch me for their girlfriends, the classrooms are trashed with candy wrappers and I always end up cleaning it up because I'm the last one to leave...
"Hey Tony" my friend Alex greeted me.
"Hey.."
"I wanted to tell you I can't sit with you at lunch today beca-"
I cut him off
"Yeah,yeah because you have a girl, whatever..." I walk away before he could say anything else.
I really hate this...
"H-hey! Tony!" I hear Someone call my name, I turn around and see a girl running towards me with something in her hand.
"Yeah? Do I know you?"
"My name is Ella I sit behind you in science, I w-wanted to give you t-this." She handed me a box of chocolates and a note then she ran off.
That girl had the most beautiful eyes I ever seen ... I read the note
Hey Tony meet me in the science room please!
I wonder what she wants...I guess I'll find out later when this horrible school day is over
The rest of the day sucked...teacher's wouldn't stop talking about how amazing their husbands, wives, or girlfriends and boyfriends are.
Students kept staring at each other from across the room, others were kissing whenever they thought no one was looking. At lunch I sat alone because my friends were with their girlfriends
Finally the end of this stupid day has arrived and I go to the science room to meet Ella.
When I enter I see a big banner that says
BE MY VALENTINE!
"Hey Tony! You came!" I see Ella in the corner of the room holding a giant chocolate heart.
"What's going on?" I asked
"I-I wanted to ask I-if you wanted to be my Valentine? and go out with me?!..." her face turned red.
"I would love too." I answered, my face started to heat up as well.
She smiled, I grabbed her hand
"How about we go to the movies?" I asked.
"Sounds great!" She said and off we went.
Valentine's day...a day to absolutely adore!
