Spearmint and lemongrass tea. 
Ingredients:
1.  spearmint and lemongrass leaves.
2.  Pinch of cloves and masoro.
3. A piece of ginger
4.  Sugar.

Procedure:
1.  Pour two cups of water into a teapot to boil on the stove.
2.  Heat on high untill water is boiling, add the ginger, cloves and 'masoro' and boil for 2 minutes.
3.  Add the washed spearmint and lemon grass and boil for 10 minutes.
4.  Remove the pot from fire and sieve the liquid out to your cup.
5.  You can also add a teabag (optional)
6.  Add sugar to your taste. Enjoy!

1. It is used to treat mild stomach ache.
2. It sharpens the memory capabilities and relaxes stress.
3. It is given to women after given birth in some countries.
4. It is good for lactating mothers.
5. It relieves cattarrh and cold of the body
6.  It is highly nutritious and contains vitamins.
7.  It helps reduce stress of the body and it has a pleasant taste.

Importance of lemongrass:
I don't know much about it but the that i know is it relieves cold and cattarrh

Importance of cloves:
1.  It cures bad breath and sore throat.
2.  It moderates high blood pressure.
