The Song family used to drive a large, black truck when Meg's mom had been alive. It had been comfy and powerful, and fit in perfectly in the small, Canadian town they lived in. But now, thanks to Meg's stepmom, they drove a minivan. A large, ugly silver thing with three rows of plush, grey seats and was a bit odd looking in a town like this. She hated the damn thing.
As she and Rosey walked down the steps towards the van, she was again disturbed by the woman standing beside it. Rosanne was wearing a tight, pale pink pencil skirt and beige stalkings. Her platinum blonde hair was pulled back into a high ponytail and her pink-blushed face glared at her stepdaughter. She wore a puffy pink and white striped coat and white heeled boots.
Rosey ran to hug her mother. At least one person was happy today. Meg watched as her little sister waited for their father to finish packing the van and hug her. When he did, he swung the child up into his arms gave her a million little kisses, which left the child giggling.
Adam Song was a healthy looking man in his late 30's, with light brown hair and a thin face that was always smiling. He had a small amount of stubble which mad him appear slightly hippy-like. His blue jeans were covered in a thin coat of the cold snow that was falling and he wore a brown jacket he'd had since before Meg was born. "Morning Hunny!" Meg's father called when he saw his oldest child.
"Hey Dad! We all set to go?"
"Yup, hop in and let's get going! It's a long way to Toronto."
"And we have to drive in this snow too," Roseanne grimaced. "Yuck!"
"We're Canadian," Meg shot back. "Get used to it."Four and a half hours later, Meg and her family finally arrived in Toronto. The drive had been long and tiresome, and all she wanted to do was find her hotel room and pass out. But of course, The Bitch wanted to go shopping.
After a full day of piggybacking her little sister and browsing countless stores she had no interest in, she wanted food. Her stomachs was making pained growls and she knew Rosy was hungry too. But Roseanne refused to go to the hotel for room service and so the drove through the downtown of the city, looking for a place to eat.
When they finally found a dinner that Roseanne deemed "Not to Sketchy" they parked the van and entered the warmth of the establishment. They were greeted by a short woman with auburn hair and large breasts, which were very visible in her black cocktail dress. She seated them at a wooden booth next to the bar, where a group of guys who looked about 19 sat drinking beer.
After about fifteen minutes, they had given their orders to the waitress and Meg asked where the washroom was. She was told to go past the bar and down the hall, then to to the left. She stood up, grabbed her purse and head towards the hall she'd been directed to. As she passed the bar, she noticed one of the three drunk guys point her out to his buddy's. She ignored them and headed down the hall way. She walked until the hallway turned into two. She was about to go left as the pretty waitress had instructed, when a hand clamped down on her arm. A different set of hands grabbed her other arm and both were pinned to her back. She tried to scream but one of her assailants clamped a clammy hand down on her mouth. The guys pulled her down the right hallway instead of the left, and as Meg struggled to get free, she realized that these must be the guys from the bar. But there had been three of them. Not two. There...."Bring her into that closet." That must have been the third boy. She was shoved into said closet and her purse was torn off her arm. "Go through her bag and take whatever you want." It was to dark to see any of the boys faces, but she knew it was the third boy who spoke. "And as for you," he leaned over her, his breath stinking of beer "I'm gonna show you the time of your life." He reached down and drunkenly tried to undo his trousers.
Meg stood up and looked him in the eye "No thank you!" She smiled sweetly...and promptly kneed him in the balls.Turns out that those self defence classes had come in handy. She had easily been able to knock out the three drunk guys and still run to the bathroom to fix her lipgloss. She returned to her table as the food arrived. She had also told the bar tender about the guys attacking her, and explained that she had... Incapacitated them and they were now locked in the closet they'd shoved her into.
After dessert Meg was relieved to be at the hotel. It was one of those hotels that was run by the airport, so that people waiting for flights had somewhere to stay. The airport was connected to the hotel by a small tunnel that lead to a mall. Walk though the mall and you'd find the airport. But their flight was tomorrow and Meg just wanted sleep. They found their room and as they opened the door Meg called "Look there's two rooms! I'll take the other one!" And before anyone could stop her, she was though it's door.Hey guys wanted to properly introduce myself. My names Aby!
