A boy I've known since I was born has fallen madly I love with me. He has been for a long time. He is said to be the most romantic guy in the world. No one knows though because he had a girlfriend but she moved away. His name is Braden Harris. He is my best friend, next to Sierra.

My name is Abby Longaetannil, and I'm a Senior at Longview High. It's Monday and I was walking out of science when I spotted Braden. He was talking books out of his locker. He spotted me and dropped all his books. His face tuned all red.

" H-Hey Abby," he smiled.

" Hey," I said.

" I have to go early to math because Mr. Philips wants to talk to me. See you at lunch."

He ran off towards Math, which was just down the hall. I didn't realize Sierra, who has been standing next to me the whole time.

" Man he's got it bad," she said.

" I know," I replied. We turned and looked back at him. He looked at us and ran into the door.

'' Well I gotta get my books. The bells about to ring.'' I said.

She came with me.

'' Seriously, what are you going to do if he asks you out?" said Sierra.

" I don't know."

I didn't like thinking about that question. Braden was my best friend. I didn't want anything to get between that. Every time she asked me that my stomach turned upside down. The bell rang and I went to Math. When I walked in Braden nearly fell out of his chair. I guess he forgot I was Math with him.

Braden isn't normally this shy. Only sometimes. Braden isn't bad looking. He is fairly attractive I have to admit. I don't think he has ever been in love with anyone this bad except me.

Finally Math class ended. Thank goodness lunch is here. I went and sat on the grass outside of the school, Sierra too.

" Are you excited for Friday?" she asked.

Friday night we are going to Daniels. It's a club that serves food and let's ammeter performers go on the stage and share there talent.

" Yes." I said.

" Did you ask Braden to come?"

" Yah. Said he was busy."

" I'm surprised he turned you down."

Then Braden walked up behind us. Sierra pretended to take a call. I don't mind. Now she is not here to aggravate us. Braden and I talked until about five minutes before the bell rang. It became silent. I looked I to his blue eyes that could see through a person. He smiled. Then the bell rang. He got up and walked off.

" See you later Abby." he said.

Then Sierra came up to me out of no where.

" Saved by the bell," she smiled.

" What do you mean?"

" Abby. He was totally about to kiss you."

" No he wasn't."

" Are you friggin' kidding me? Of course he was."

" Whatever."

I walked off toward class.

I couldn't think right the rest of the day. Was Sierra really right? Was Braden about to kiss me? I don't know and I really didn't care.

When I got home my mom was already there.

" How was school?'' she asked.

" It was good," I said, thinking about lunch. " Well I have work in an hour I should probably get ready."
