Catholic Priests,Deacons, Brothers, and Sisters

I think Priests, Deacons, Sisters, and Brothers are very necessary for the mission of the Catholic Church. The mission of the Catholic Church is to help us be holy and have us learn more about Christ. Most importantly, though, it’s to bring us to heaven. Priests, Deacons, Sisters, and Brothers help us with this mission. In this essay, I will tell you some of the many ways that Priests, Deacons, Brothers, and Sisters can help us get to heaven.

          Priests, Deacons, Sisters, and Brothers and pray for us every day. They want us to go to heaven. Sisters pray in their own houses together for our petitions. Brothers pray in a monastery and may take vows of silence. Deacons and Priests pray for us in adoration chapels, and pray for us on retreats. Amazingly, even if they don’t know who we are, they still pray for us. That just seems so amazing. They also love us which makes God happy.

Second, they care for us. Again, they want us to go to heaven. The Sister servants of Mary, trained as nurses, help the families of the sick by going to their houses and staying with/taking care of the needs of the dying. The Sisters pray and stay with the sick so the family members can sleep at night knowing their loved ones are in good hands. Also, Some Brothers may go help fix houses or rake leaves for people who are unable to do it themselves. Plus Priests can visit people in hospitals and do the sacrament of the “Anointing of the Sick.” Brothers, priests and sisters teach at some Catholic schools. A lot of times Deacons counsel people who need it.

Last, priests help us understand our faith. Deacons help teach that everything will be alright and God has got your back. Priests teach faith through homilies. Sisters and brothers can also teach religious classes for children and adults. If you ask any of these people why they do this, they will probably say it’s because God calls them to do it.

In the end, Priests, Deacons, Brothers, and Sisters love to help the mission of the Catholic Church. They want us to go to heaven, and for us to learn more about Christ. They care for us and pray for us. As you can see, Priests, Deacons, Brothers, and Sisters are very important to the Catholic Church.
