Chapter 25

*Alex's POV*

I scanned the airport for Chris once Luke and I got outside, fans must have heard he was coming because there was some waiting for him. He stopped for pictures of course, not that I minded, he loved them and so did the rest of the boys, it was them that got them where they are today and they are all extremely grateful for it. I seen Chris leaning against his black Audi. Of course he had one of those, I guessed he made a lot of money since he was a lawyer but I was still a little jealous I guess. He seen us walking towards him and he pushed himself forward and walked towards us when he got close enough he wrapped his arms around me. I felt uncomfortable but I didn't say anything and he pulled away "It's been so long" He sighed and looked behind me and extended his arm to Luke "Chris" He said while Luke shook his hand "Luke" He looked at me and I gave him a small smile "Let's get going then" Chris took our suitcases and put them in his boot, I got in the back of the car with Luke, my leg was jittering the whole way to his house, Luke noticed and rested his hand on my thigh and sqeezed a little then proceeded in rubbing his thumb back and forth I acknowledged his small gesture and smiled at him before looking back down fiddling with my fingers "I think you'll really like Jenna, she's excited to meet you" He glanced back at us through his mirror and I gave small nod unsure of what to say after not speaking to him for so long I felt a little bit awkward.

"This is your room Luke, ALex follow me and I'll show you where you can sleep" I followed Chris down the hall glancing back at Luke who was staring after me, it was like we were in a completely different world. I have hardly said a word since we got here and the last thing Luke said was his own name when he met Chris, this was turning out to be a worse trip than I imagined "here you go" Chris opened the door to a room with white walls all around. There was a double bed against the wall at the back of the room and a bookcase with a desk sat beside it on the opposite wall. "The bathroom is through that door" He pointed to a white door across the room. I just nodded again "I'll leave you to get changed and what not before you come down and meet everyone" Everyone? "Who's "Everyone"?" I enquired "Jenna and her family" He looked down and I swallowed "Just her family?" I felt my throat dry up and Chris just gave a small nod. I looked away, I didn't think any of my-I mean, our family would show up, I remember my mom had a sister and my dad had some relatives but I can't remember what they look like or even their names "I'm sorry" Chris spoke up and rested a hand on my shoulder "Don't be, I don't know why I asked" My voice was small. He gave me a sympathetic smile and walked out of the room. I walked over to the drawers in the corner of the room and emptied out my suitcase, I changed into jeans and a t-shirt seen as it was still pretty cold in Florida this time of year. Compared to LA anyway. I carried myself to the bed and sat on the end of it to gather my thought before meeting Jenna and her family.

There was a knock at the door. I got up and opened it and standing there was Luke, I threw myself at him and wrapped my arms around his neck burrying my face in the crook of his neck "I don't know why I came here" I whispered and he lifted me up so he could walk into the room, he closed the door and returned me to the floor "It'll be ok, you're not staying for long" He rubbed circles on my back helping to soothe me, I stepped back and looked at him "It's too weird, I haven't seen my brother in years and then he just invites me to his wedding? How did he even get my number?" He pulled me back in for a hug and rested his chin on top of my head "You're his little sister, of course he wanted you at his wedding, I mean, he doesn't have anyone else and neither do you" He spoke in a whisper "I have you" I told him and he looked at me before our lips met in a slow, passionate kiss. He took my hand in his and put his lips to my forehead "Are you ready?" I nodded slowly and we walked down the staircase to the large living room.

There was a lot of laughing coming from the room and I stood outside the wooden door and took a breath "You okay?" Luke asked and I nodded "I think so" I turned the handle and walked in, Luke following behind me, my hand was tapping off the side of my thigh and Luke intertwined our fingers, he noticing everything and I really love that he's here with me, I don't know what I would do without him right now. Chris jumped up from his spot on the sofa and bounded towards me and put his arm aorund my shoulder "Everyone, this is Alex. My little sister and her boyfriend, Luke" They all greeted Luke and I, Chris took us over to stand at the opening of the circle his sofas were sitting in and started pointing to different people around the room "This is Caroline, Jenna's mother" "Hello dear" She waved to me "That's her father, Richard" I gave a slight nod to the head "and that is her younger bother Jacob, he's about your age" He just kept his eyes on the screen "Jacob" Caroline scolded him, he jumped and looked over to me "Oh, uh, hi" He stuttered and looked back to his phone "And this is Jenna" The woman had strawberry blonde hair in loose curls, she was about the same height as me, she really was pretty and I could see the way Chris looked at her as she walked toward me "It's so great to finally meet you" She pulled me in for hug and pulled away and then just stared at me for a second with a smile on her face but it felt more like thirty seconds. Luke and took a seat on the sofa next to Jacob, me being next to Jacob "So what's LA like?" Chris asked and everyone turned to look at me "It's good" I mumbled and he laughed "Just good?" I looked up from my hands "It's really good" Everyone started laughing and I heard Jacob scoff next to me, I glanced at him but his head was still facing to his phone "How about you Luke?" I looked to Luke who was a little more tense than I was "Uh...yeah, I love LA" Caroline furrowed her eyebrows a little "Now that's not an American accent" Luke smiled at her and I seen his shoulder relax a little "I'm from Australia" She nodded and Chris spoke up again "So what are you doing in LA?" Why so many questions? Luke opened his mouth to speak but a voice from beside me spoke up instead "He's in that group that does weird shit for no apparent reason and people seem to like it" He was still staring at his screen when I turned to him "Bunch of idiots if you ask me" Caroline scolded him again "Don't say that Jacob!" Luke's eyes had dropped to his lap and it was my turn to comfort him so I layed my hand over his and he smiled a little "So what's this group called?" Chris asked "The Janoskians" I replied for him and Chris nodded his head "I think that's enough questions for them, they have been up since early this morning to get here" Jenna said and I smiled at her thankful she stopped them. I just remembered I don't even have dress "Is there any chance I can get to town tomorrow?" Jenna smiled and nodded excitedly "We can go shopping together!" She squealed a little and I noticed her dad wince from beside her "That can give Luke and I a chance to talk, get to know each other" Chris told us. Why? He isn't my father, I would hardly call him my brother.

Everyone started to disperse throughout the mansion of a house to each of their guest rooms, Luke and I had become a little more comfortable with everyone as the night went on and I was actually looking forward to shopping with Jenna tomorrow, Luke and I stayed in the living room to watch some TV before we headed to our rooms. I lay inbetween his legs with his arms around me "You don't have to hang out with Chris tomorrow, I don't know why he said-" He cut me off by pressing his finger to my lips "It's okay, I want to" I furrowed my eyebrows "You do?" He chuckled at my response "Yes, he's your brother" I didn't bring it up again and continued watching late night TV "I'm going to go and get some water" Luke told me so I would sit forward, once he left I felt cold and hoped he would hurry back.

*Luke's POV*

Today wasn't as bad as I expected I guess apart from Jacob, I wasn't expecting that and it kind of hurt me. We put so much work into our videos and to have people say things like that make it seem like it's all for nothing, I just have to remember how many fans we have and how they all support us no matter what. I heard footsteps from behind me then Jacob, of all people, walked past me heading towards the sink. I was leaning against the counter with my own glass of water, I stood up to go back to Alex but Jacob stood in front of me "What?" I asked him annoyed "How did you get someone like Alex?" What the fuck? "Seriously?" I was exhausted and didn't need his shit right now "Yes. I mean, I've seen your videos man and you and those other guys are so shit" I balled my fists. Calm down, Luke. Don't let your temper get the best of you "Getting angry are we?" I didn't say anything and I just stared at him "Move" I growled and he smirked before holding up his hands and standing to the side, I let out a breath and relaxed my hands "Don't talk to me" I growled at him and walked away back to the living room "I'm going to my room" I told Alex and she sat up quickly, I must have startled her "Ok well so am I. I'm not staying her by myself" She switched the TV off and followed me up the stairs "Are you okay?" She whispered when we got to the top of the stairs "Just tired" I weakly smiled at her and she nodded before kissing my cheek and heading off to her own room.

*Alex's POV*

I couldn't sleep, the bed was comfortable but I still couldn't sleep, it was now 2am so I got out the bed and slowly opened the door and checked if anyone was there. I padded down the hall and stopped outside Luke's room, I slowly opened his door and peeked my head round the side to see him sprawled across one side of the room hugging a pillow. I stepped in and tip-toed over to the bed and pulled back the covers to get in, I eased the pillow from Luke's arms and used it to rest my head on "I was hoping you'd come through here" Luke groaned and shuffled towards me and held me close to his chest and I instantly fell asleep.

Alex - Andrea Russett, 18 (I know it's suppost to be Emma Roberts and I keep chopping and changing and I am extremely sorry for that but I'm sticking with Andrea now)

Luke - Luke Brooks, 18

Chris - Colton Haynes, 25

Jenna - Holland Roden, 27

Jacob - Jack Harries, 19 (I like him but in this he's a dick, sorry)
