Brandon's P.O.V
All I could think about was Lucy. It was only yesterday when I spoke to her, and I felt like I was one cloud nine. It was awkward, but the way she bit her lip, made my face burn. I took out a new set of clothes, looking down at my pj's. After slipping on a pair of denim jeans, a Marvel t-shirt, and my black converse, I headed out the door. I grab my iPhone from my back pocket, unlocking it. Instead of messaging Jessica, I call her. As the call rang, I walked to my car.
Finally, she answered saying, "Hey, what's up Brad?"
I roll my eyes at my new nickname, "Hey, um you wanna go to the mall today? I have a couple things I wanna get, and didn't want to go alone."
"Sure, lemme just finish up this homework, and I'll be on my way."
"Okay, awesome. Text me when you get to the parking lot."
"K, bye"
"Bye" I hung up, turning my car key.

I was dragged everywhere a girl would want to go, you name it. I groaned, as she let go of my wrist, looking up at the huge pink sign.
"Oh my god, Jessica. No, I am not going into Victoria's Secret." I whine, trying to walk away.
"Yes, you're going in. It's not all that bad. It only bras, underwear, and some other things." She giggled.
"The 'some other things' is the part I'm afraid of. I'm too innocent to see such things, so I'm not going in."
"C'mon, it's not that bad. Every girl's boyfriend comes in here, at least once in their life."
"But, I'm not your boyfriend, so I'm not entering."
She groaned, punching my shoulder. "Please, just come in. I feel awkward going in there looking single. And I'll buy you lunch."
I roll my eyes, sighing dramatically. "Fine, just don't cling onto me."
Her bright blue eyes sparkled as we entered into "Hell". My nose scrunched at the smell of the strong perfume. All I could see was pink, lace, and furry things. Suddenly, I realized I was dragged into the bra section.
"No no no no no no no no no no no, Jessica I didn't agree to this." I tell her, trying to pull away.
"Yes yes yes, you did agree to this. And you're going to help me find one." She smirked. I could tell her eyes grew darker, knowing she was up to something.
"Hell no, I love you Jessie, but this is too far. If I was gay, that'd be different."
She laughed, searching for her size. "Just stay here for me, this once. All I need is a yes or no answer."
I groaned, laying against a wall. I knew Jessica liked me, more than as a friend. She never confessed to me, but I can tell. Besides, everyone thinks we're dating because she's so clingy. Jessie was my best friend, and dating her would change our entire relationship. I feel like it would weaken, because I love her like a sister. And I knew that hurt her, but it's too risky.
"Aye, Brandon, which one?" She asked, holding up two different colored and patterned bras.
I looked at the detailed lace on the first one. it was nude with lace around it. While the other one, was hot pink with a cheetah print. And in my own opinion, I didn't like either. They seemed tacky.
"I don't like either, they look tacky." I say bluntly.
Her mouth gaped out, looking at me. "Really? Damn, you have a sense of style. I hate both of them too, I just wanted to know if you cared or not."
