* The next day

I wake up to the sound of my mom crying on the phone to some guy.She probably ran out of money at the bar last night and wants to go back.honestly im so tired of hearing her, she wants my dad back and shes sleeping with guys constently to get money and my sister acts like this shit is normal. like I cant even explain how much I hate them both. but there all I have.My dad doesnt live with me and he is always out and doing drugs, so I guess thats that.

I made plans to hang out with Jordan today, he told me that he wants me to come over and watch movies so I was excited. I was suppost to come over at 1:00 and it was already 11:30 so I had to hurry so I could catch the bus at 12:45 so i ran in the shower , blow dryed my hair then curled it. then I changed my robe to my black leggings from aritzia and wore jordans basket ball hoodie that he let me borrow he always said it made me look sexy so I loved to wear it. I grabed a granola bar from the kitchen then walked past my mom in the living room sitting in the corner then out the door to the bus stop. the bus came soon enough and I sat near the back.Then I saw a familiar face and our eyes met.

"Lauryn!" cameron yelled loud enough that everyone looked up. he came and sat beside me while the bus driver gave us the evil eye.

"fuck laurie I missed you so much he said as he hugged me.

"hey cam and I missed you too"I said happily.we havent hung out in a couple days but I missed cameron a lot mostly because he is one of the best things in my life right now.we talked for a few minutes then he got serious.

"So listen laurie I wanted to know if you wanted to be my girlfriend?" he asked as he came closer to me.

"Cameron you know im daiting Jordan so why would you ask I dont cheat you should know me by now."

"I know Lauryn but you are just so damn beautiful and I cant keep my feelings inside.but I understand as long as we can still be friends." he said

" thank you and our friendship means everything to me" I said hapily.

"do you wanna come to starbucks with me?"Cameron said

" Im actually on my way to Jordan's right now im a bit early but better early then late right? but tomorrow for sure."

"alright its cool" he said

I pressed the stop button because I was almost in front of jordans house.

"text me later" I said to Cameron

"bye laurie"

I walked out of the bus and walked to jordans then I saw something, something that I truly regret seeing.
