Falling in love in high school ~septiplier

Soft smiles ~Chapter 1

Authors note: I'm so sorry if there are typos but this is my first story so I hope you like it!

Jacks pov:
You'd think someone like me that loves computers, science, and is a band geek would be bullied a lot in high school, but I'm really not. Did I mention I'm gay? I came out about 3 years ago, when I first came here. I love this school to bits! It's not like the school in Ireland, I was physically and verbally bullied there. Don't get me wrong I love my home town, the school just fucking sucked, thank goodness we moved to L.A, But I try not to think about that, my mind right now is brainstorming on what kind of device I should construct for this years computer fair. I'm not sure if you've ever heard of a computer fair but it something I think about 24/7. Last year I won by one vote against a guy named Dan, we was very polite about it too, so when I got my ribbon and trophy, I gave him the trophy and kept my ribbon, he deserved it.
This year is gonna be different though, I plan on winning it for my team. I'm getting kind of nervous thinking about it, the whole school and everyone's parents are gonna be there, and that means that Mark..my crush since 9th grade is gonna be there....oh g-gosh what have I gotten myself into....
I walk into the gym see all my friend which in this case is also my team standing around a table with some paper, probably writing ideas. This is after school hours so only us and the football team are here. I go outside through the back doors to get some air, I sit against a wall with enough shade to block the sun out of my eyes and I watch the football team practice.

Marks pov:
We take a break after practice to get water. I see Jack  sitting up against the wall looking just adorable. Black skinny jeans with an over sized sweatshirt, his green fluffy hairs moving slightly in the wind. I wish I could tell him I like him, I'm not sure how he would react and I don't wanna lose an amazing friend...maybe I'll give him little hints and see how he reacts. To my advantage someone threw the ball too hard and it landed beside Jack, I told coach I'd get it, so I run down and I bend down next to him and whisper in his ear "you better win that computer fair for me jackaboy" and I wink at him and run back onto the field. I saw his checks get a little pink, I hope that's a good sign.

Jacks pov:
"You better win that computer fair for me jackaboy" Mark says in his deep sexy voice...and then he winks at me!?! I've never blushed more in my life! I'm gonna need a cold shower after that...now I know I have to win.
I sit and watch the rest of the practice and go back inside and see my team looking very giddy. "Jack! Jack!" My friend Amy walks up to me looking like she's about to burst with information "I think we have found the perfect device to build for the computer fair!"
Well come on, tell me you goobers!
The rest of the evening we made blue prints of our new invention. Around 8 o'clock we decided to call it a night. I was the last one to leave so I made sure I had all my equipment. I exited the school and walked to my car until I was stopped my a very muscular arm hold the door shut. It was Mark grinning like he just won the lottery. I look at him with a soft smile. He turns to me and grabs my hips and says "you look adorable today" smiles, then walks away. I was in shock almost. Mark just did that...MARK JUST DID THAT. To me! Out of all people. I jump and say YES! with one fist in the air. I get into my car as quickly as I can and drive home so I can scream into my pillow.

Marks pov:
As I walk away I get into my car and kind of "spy" on Jack just to see what he does. I see him jump up with one fist in the air, his checks are red and he is smiling ear-to-ear. I laugh at him not because of what he did but how he looked so cute doing it.
Well now I've got my answer, I can't wait for tomorrow.
