#48: Going Home

They spent their final day walking around Paris until the sun went down. The next day, they packed their bags and went to the airport to go back to LA. They had to endure a 10 hour flight back to LA. Lily slept the entire plane ride. She had her head rested on Grayson's shoulder while she slept. Grayson slept for a while, but couldn't sleep much.

Eventually, they landed. Grayson woke Lily up and walked her off the plane. They walked to baggage reclaim and got their luggage. They saw went to the front of the airport to find an uber. They saw a free uber and paid the driver to take them to Lily's house and then Grayson's apartment.

When they arrived at Lily's house, Grayson carried her luggage to her front door. He stood with her and spoke to her. "I'll text you later, after I've unpacked" he said. Lily nodded and kissed him. Obviously, he kissed back.

"Thank you for taking me to Paris".

"It was my pleasure". He kissed her one last time before getting back in the uber. He arrived at his apartment and paid the driver. He got his bags from the trunk and walked  to his apartment. He unlocked the door and entered. He walked to his room and began to unpack his things.

Suddenly, his door opened. He stopped and faced Ethan. He smiled at him as he engulfed him in a hug. They broke apart and Grayson went back to unpacking. "How was it?" Ethan asked. Grayson smiled at the thought.

"It was amazing!" He exclaimed. "We went to a few famous landmarks! We had the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! Paris was amazing!" He was unpacking when he stopped. "I've lost something!"

"What?!" Ethan asked. "What did you lose?!"

"My virginity".

Ethan froze. He then understood what Grayson had said. "You didn't!" Grayson smiled and faced him. Ethan laughed and smiled at his brother. "Oh my God! Congrats bro!"

5 days later

Lily was sleeping when she had the urge to vomit. She jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom. She was throwing up when her mom walked in. "Oh my God! Lily! Are you okay?!" Her mom sat next to her and rubbed her back. "How long have you been like this?"

"It's been happening for about two days" Lily replied in a tired voice. "But I'm only sick in the morning. I don't know what's wrong with me". Her mom continued to rub her back as Lily continued to throw up her dinner from last night.

"Have you had sex?" Her mom asked. Lily nodded her head as more bile came out her mouth. Her mom sighed. "Don't move: I'll be back in about 10 minutes". Her mom left the bathroom. Lily stayed hovering over the toilet as she threw up.

10 minutes later, her mom was back. Her mom joined her on the bathroom floor. She gave Lily a box. Lily looked down at it: a pregnancy test. She looked at her mom confused. "It's best to be on the safe side" her mom explained. Lily sighed as she nodded.

Her mom left to let Lily take the test. They were waiting in the bathroom together for 10 minutes for the result. Lily was sitting on the lid of the toilet as she stared at the floor. Anxiety was eating away at her. Suddenly, her timer went off. They looked at the pregnancy test to see the result. It said...

Grayson was lying in bed when his phone pinged. He saw it was a text from Lily.

Can you come over, plz?
It's urgent

Sure

Grayson got out of bed and began to walk to Lily's house. He was confused why she needed him round so urgently. He rushed to her house. He knocked on and waited for someone to answer the door. The door opened and Lily stood in the doorway.

She welcomed him inside and led him to the living room. They sat on the couch facing each other. Lily was fiddling with her fingers. She avoided making eye contact with him. "Gray... I don't know how to tell you this. I wasn't sure whether I should tell you, but my mom said you deserve to know. I just don't know how to tell you. But I need to. So I'm just going to say it". She paused. "I'm pregnant".

Grayson was speechless. Lily noticed he was shocked and started to panic. "I am so sorry! This is all my fault! I understand if you hate me now! I understand if you want to leave me! I know this will stop you following your dream! I know this will ruin your life! I'm so sorry!" She began to cry her heart out.

Grayson kneeled in front of her and held her hands. "Lily, you are my life!" He exclaimed. "I could never hate you! I love you so much! And our baby! This child of ours will show the world how beautiful our love is. I am not going anywhere! I love you".

Lily smiled at him and engulfed him in a hug. She cried on his shoulder as he rubbed her back. They stayed like that for a while. "Who else knows?" Grayson asked. Lily still clung to him as she replied.

"Only my mom".

"What about your dad?" Grayson asked. "He's going to kill me!"

"He's on a business trip. But I'm sure he won't kill the father of his grandchild" Lily laughed at him. "He might hate you for a while, and threaten to kill you, but he won't physically kill you. He loves me too much to hurt me like that".

They broke apart and stared into each others eyes. "I love you so much!" Grayson said and kissed her. Lily smiled into the kiss. They broke apart and smiled at each other. "Would you like to get food?" Grayson asked.

"Yeah!" They left the house and walked to McDonald's to get food. Grayson paid for the meal and asked for it to be taken out. They got their food and walked to Grayson's apartment. They walked in to see Ethan sitting on the couch with the laptop. He smiled as they entered.

"Hey!" He greeted.

"Hey" Grayson and Lily said as they walked to Grayson's room. They sat in his bed as they ate their McDonald's.
