**SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN NOR PLAYED THE GAME. IF YOU DON'T WISH FOR THE GAME TO BE SPOILED, DO NOT WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE. THIS WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD GIVE A CLEAR REPRESENTATION OF WHAT THE ARMOR LOOKS LIKE**

Before this chapter begins, I just want to apologize before hand. If these chapters suck along with other chapters in other books, I'm sorry. I'm upset. And stuff happened that I really don't want to talk about.

To basically put into short terms... things aren't going very good for me right now. And I don't think they'll ever be okay again... guess that's what I get for being a fuck up..

Anyways.. enjoy the chapter guys..

The first thing that my brain processed was the sound of my fellow tribe members screaming. Then came the unearthly roar. I gasp as I took in what was standing in front of me.

Lashing its tail in irritation, the beast that everyone thought was fictional, swipes its front claw at everyone. Everyone screams, running away. That only seemed to irritate the beast even more.

Its feathers ruffled up as it started hopping around, swiping its claws at whatever it could. Scared, I try my best to slowly back up accidentally stepping on the beast 's tail. Letting out a roar, it spins around and glares at me.

The black armour covered most of its face. The only thing it didn't cover were its purple/bluish ears, its short glowing blue horns and its glowing red eyes. It growled at me, stepping forward slightly causing me to take two steps back. There was something about those red eyes that made me want to stare at them even longer. My heart pounds in my throat.

"Mark!" I heard Mum scream as she watches from a distance in horror. The beast sniffs the air a little, nostrils flaring as it lets out a low growl.

"Get it!" I heard one of the fighters scream. One of them threw a spear. It dug into the beast's hind leg. It let out a roar and spins around, swiping and knocking over the one of the spearmen.

It's tail whips me hard in my side, knocking me of my feet. The beast growls and lashes out again, knocking a few more men off of their feet, knocking one or two of them out.

Thinking fast and with the beast distracted, I took this as an opportunity to try to get away from the beast and head back to safety where Mum was freaking out. Running as fast as I can, I run around the angry beast with my eyes set on my mother.

"Mark!" Mum sobs, running as well to try to get to me.

"Mum!" I scream. Behind me the beast bellows out a roar. In front of me my mother screams my name. There was one last thud sound and my entire world went black.
