Moving in with the Griers ( Hayes Grier fanfic)

Chapter 36

"I want to see the volcano!" I say running towards it.

"Gianna! Watch out!" Nash says, before I run into someone, knocking us both down.

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to make you fall I can pay for your medical-" I get cut off

"It's ok, are you ok?" This boy asks me.

I think he's my age, he's about as tall as Hayes, has blonde hair and blue eyes. He also has very very tan skin, probably lives around here.

"Yeah, are you ok?" I say

"Yeah, I'm good." He says standing up, holding out a hand to help me up.

"Thank you." I say smiling.

"Well, I'll catch up with you later!" I say

"Are you from around here?" He asks

"No, I'm from North Carolina!" I say

"Oh, well can I maybe have your number?" He asks

"Sure!" I say

We exchange numbers, and say our goodbyes. Then I run back off to the volcano.

"Gianna! Wait up!" Will says

"I can't! To excited to see the volcano!" I say

Then I feel someone grab my arm.

"STRANGER DANGER!" I scream getting really scared.

"It's only me G!"

"Oh! Hey Hayes! FALSEA ALARM PEOPLE!" I say

Everyone just looks at me, and continues on with there life.

"Who was that boy you were talking to before? The one you ran into?" Hayes asks

"Oh! He just asked me if I'm ok! I didn't get his name, maybe he out it down on his contact!" I say

"You gave him your number?" Hayes asks raising his voice a little.

"Y-yes." I say, starting to get scared.

I think he saw fright in my eyes.

"I'm sorry G." He says, giving me a hug.

"It's ok." I say

Then we head off to the volcano.

"Do you think it's gonna explode?" I ask Nash

"No, this is a dormant volcano. It shouldn't erupt." Nash says

"Will lava burn your off your skin?" Skylynn asks

"I'm not to sure, probably." I say

"Ok kids, enough talk about that! Let's go grab some lunch!" Mom says

"I'm starving!" Elizabeth says

"Where are we going?" I ask

"How about that place!" Hayes says, pointing to a place called 'burgers and fries'

"Ok! Let's go!" Mom says

As we're walking over there, I see a sign. It says menawhones. I stop to read it. Supposeovly there people who can help you when you need them the most. They live on islands. That's pretty cool!

The place we go to doesn't only have burgers and fries, they have everything! I decided on buffalo wings with mild sauce, celery, fries, and a small coke. I never really drink anything when I eat, that's why I got a small.

Everyone else got burgers and fries.

I'm the outcast, go me.

"What are we doing after this?" I ask with a mouthful of buffalo wings.

"We're going on a speed boat! We're going to the idea of pua!" Mom says

(I don't know if I spelled pua right, but this idea is coming out from my favorite episode of Full House, Tanner Island!)

"Yay!" We all say

*** At the boat Dock ***

"Ok guys, Here is a map that will guide you to the island of pua! Also here are you life jackets! Have fun!" The boat person says.

We're going to Pua for the Polinisian show. (From the episode, this chapter and the next are based off that! Sorry I'm not to sure how to spell it, don't be mad!)

My mom is driving the boat, she drove a boat like this when she was 20-24. Then she had to give it away cause she couldn't aford it.

"Let's go!" Elizabeth says

We all put on our life jackets and get in.

"What happens if someone falls off?" Skylynn asks

"We should be ok! I'm a professional!" Mom says

"Mom! We've been out here for hours!" I say, looking at my clock on my phone.

"Listen sweetie! We will be on the island of Pua soon!" Mom says

"So were gonna see a show?" Nash asks

"Yes!" Mom says

"Maybe there will be some menawhones!" I say

"What?" Hayes says

"I saw a sign about them, they live on islands and help people when they need the most!" I say

"Oh!" Hayes says

"So Genny, when will we be there?" Elizabeth says

"Well, according to the map, about 2 hours!" Mom says

"Ugh." Everyone says

"Mom, exactly where is this island located on the map?" I ask

"right there!" She says, pointing to a yellow island.

"Mom," I say

"Yes G?" She says

"That's a potato chip crumb." I say

Everyone gasps.

"What?" Mom says, touching it and realizing we're just sailing off farther into the ocean.

"WERE STRADED IN HAWAII!!!!" Will screams

We are stranded in Hawaii.
