Chapter 10: Manager Kang

You were back to school the next day, thinking back to what had happened yesterday you really didn't want to see Jae Hee's face. But you couldn't just skip school. Besides, you were a sensible girl, even though Yongguk and B.A.P didn't come anymore, you had to move on although it hurt.

Hmm, I wonder when Soo Min will call me You thought about Soo Min, since she hasn't contacted you for more than a day and it wasn't like her to ignore you.

Walking up the stairs into your school you caught Jaejoong at the hallway. He was talking with a new girl "another girl". You walked past him, not wanting to interrupt him. Apparently, he saw you and came chasing after you. But you kept on walking until he grabbed your arm.

"Pretty, don't ignore me" he said.

"I'm not ignoring you, I'm just being kind by not interrupting you and your new friend" you said.

You looked towards the girl's direction, getting a better view of her. She was wearing a mini skirt, she had long legs, pretty legs "ugh". You looked back towards Jaejoong.

"Pretty, don't be jealous" he said.

"What, I'm not jealous, you pumpkin head" you groaned at him

"What.. Pumpkin head?"

Jaejoong started laughing out loud, everyone stared at you both, you couldn't help but giggle. Jaejoong put his arm on your shoulder.

"Let's go back to our classes" he smirked.

You punched him gently on his back.

"What about your new friend? She's waiting for you"

"I don't need her, when I got you" he said and laughed and you rolled your eyes at him.

"Hey, why are you so cheesy today" you laughed.

You entered your classroom in silence, there were a few minutes left before your teacher would come. As always you sat on your seat, getting your things ready. You saw Jae Hee entering the room with her so called clique.

Ignoring her you kept on writing your Korean notes. Luckily, she didn't say a word, but passed by you. She did however give you the look.

The class went by good, with no problems and you did your work. You finally felt like coming back to yourself and Jaejoong was there for you, joking and teasing you to make you feel better.

You had read your schedule and your next class was canceled, but you had to wait for your English class. So, you decided to go out to the mall, to buy lunch.

At the mall

You were waiting in line to order your lunch, feeling calm deep inside, though it was chilly outside. A man came and stood behind you in line, you smiled at him and turned your back, back to the line in front you.

He looked familiar, you turned back and looked at him, he looked back at you and smiled again. You looked at him, like you had seen him before. Mr. "Kang?" you thought, now he was looking at you "oh" he said and came closer to you and greeted you.

"You are the student, who attends English class with the boys right?" he asked.

"Yes, what are you doing here?" you hoped deep inside that the boys were with him.

"I'm getting lunch" he said smiled at you.

Of course he's getting lunch, what else.

You smiled and didn't know how you should ask him about the boys, and if he would tell you anything.

"They are doing fine, they are just a little busy with their schedules and all" he suddenly said.

As if he read your thoughts, feeling relieved that you finally got your answers about the boys and you felt a whole lot better.

"Thank you Manager Kang" you said and smiled and he tapped your shoulder.

You ordered your lunch and were about to leave the cafe, when Manager Kang suddenly said something to you, while you were at the door ready to get out.

"You don't have to worry anymore, very soon"

What did he mean by that? Are the boys coming back to school? But he said they are busy

You just couldn't understand what you just had heard.
