chapter ten

Michael's POV
I knew that man was going to send his body guards after me. Like seriously why will a candidate be messing around,but I don't care and its none of my business, but he is going to send them after me. So I quickly fled.
The security was tight I wore a face cap to cover my face but they will get me easily,so I saw military guys in uniform. I followed one to the bathroom knocked him down and took off his uniform. I wore the uniform and got out.
On my way to no destination,I saw an old couple having problem with their car,I decided to help them and they can give me a lift. They refused at first but allowed later for me fix their car. After fixing the car,they thanked me and I asked if they could give me a lift,they obliged and even took me to their
house,they offered me food and water,which I quickly ate.
At night I heard the wife of the old man crying and the old man sitting outside drinking,so I decided to join him,he then told me that when I met them on the road they were coming back from their son's grave. He then requested for me to clear the grass around.
The next morning I got up early to start clearing the bush,the old man saw me,he smiled and joined me his wife also joined. They said they miss working with their late son.
We were smiling and working when my blade worn out,so I decided to go buy another one. I wore the shirt the old lady gave me and took their car to go buy another blade. I bought the blade and got home,I saw another car(who is around,maybe someone paying a visit). When I entered the house I met the old couple tied together and fuel over their body with a guy standing with matches ready to burn them alive.
The guy turned around and saw me then said he has been waiting for me,he then launched at me, with the blade in my hand I attacked him. We fought for some while had some wounds by now. I then broke his hand and asked him who sent him,he told me. I got up and apologize to the old couple and left to find the bitch that wants to kill me and innocent people.
