Finding Love In The Shadows (Nico Di Angelo leo valdez)

I hate flying

I laugh "ha ha ha No!" I shake my head, glaring at the direction if the stables. I almost got ate by a vampire because of that stupid horse.

"Come on Bella" Percy rolled his eyes and graves my hand, making Nico look away. From the corner of my eye, i could have sworn I saw Leo's jaw clench. But I guess not.

Percy saddles up two horse

"But there is four of us..." I question, glaring at him

"You think I'm letting you ride one alone? And I got my own" he whistles loudy. And I swear, in the matter of seconds a black winged horse snorted to a stop.

Percy pulls himself up onto the horse.

"Leo, you ride with Bella" he nods. Leo nods, grabbing my waist and hoisting me onto the white Pegasus. I yelp and hold onto the reign, Leo sits behind me, holing the reign as well.

I watched Nico struggle to climb onto a tan horse and I roll my eyes as Percy turns to me.

"Which way to Paris?" He smiles, his black hair shimmering in the rising sun.

I think about it and hold my fingers up, trying to figure it out until Leo had to ruin it by pulling out a GPS.

"We travel north east for a long time... Ugh" he laughs.

"Better get headed off" Percy smirks and whistles.

In a flash, his horse dashed into te sky, before I could react, so was mine.

I scream and grip the bar thingy of the saddle so hard my knuckles were white.

"Shh" I hear in my ear "is okay" Leo's arm snake around my wait, the rein wrapped around his hands.

Sure, like that's going to calm me down. This was not a good idea, I'm pretty sure if we have to travel this far by sky, Zeus won't be to happy...

I close my eyes, this was worse the a plane take off. I only reopen them when I feel the wind less intense on my face.

I sigh and relax against Leo.

"I am so tired" I yawn. He pulls a rope from his tool belt and ties it around my waist, and tying it to the saddle.

I take the extra rope and tie it around his waist, kissing his cheek.

His face turns a bright red as a goofy smile spreads across his face "take a nap Bells, I got you" he smiles.

Whoa... He is amazing. I never thought of that...

I turn my head to get conformable and smile a little at Nico. He smiles back sadly, returning his gaze infront of him before I slowly drift into a very unpleasant slumber.
