7: Fire and Ice

Fire and ice colliding askew

Moonlight and sunlight creating whats new

A swirl of winter, a touch of summer

Never knowing which will win or plunder

My mind is torn between the two

It tells me, run; it tells me love you

My beating heart it helps me not

Are you a curse or the one I sought

Sweet breath caught in my chest

Getting no relief though I try my best

Slowly the tears begin to show

With no direction at least this I know

You could've loved me as the snow swirled

Under the fiery sun I would've shown you the world.
