Harpers P.O.V.
I walked as fast as I could. I was running. Ahead of my I saw the 'Welcome to Georgia!' sign. I ran even faster. Apparently I was closer to Georgia than I thought. It only took me 5 days to walk here. When I crossed the sign, I jumped for joy. Literally. And because I was so happy, I stood half in Florida and half in Georgia.

After I sat for a while, I began to walk again. After about a half of a mile of walking, I came across an old-run down house. I slowly approached the house. I placed my ear against the door and heard the same voices I did the night Sophia was taken. As the voices faded and footsteps were heard, I slowly opened the door.

I saw Sophia sitting with her back facing me. I could see that she was blindfolded. I ran up to her quietly and placed my hand in her arm. She flinched.
"Soph, it's me." I whispered. I could see her smile.

Jen's P.O.V.
"Pat!" I yelled. Someone broke out again and everyone was running around to get to the huge gaping hole in the wall. In all the commotion, Pat and I got separated.
"Jen!" He replied. He tried to get through the crowd. I was stuck in a corner.
"Get out of here! I'll find you!" He yelled. I nodded and made my way to the hole. I'm not exactly sure how they escaped, all I remember is that there was a loud bang and then people were running and yelling.

I felt something grab my arm. Thinking it was Pat, I stopped and turned around. But I was wrong. It was a huge man. Wearing blue. And a shiny, gold badge. An officer. I pulled away from his grip and ran. I came to a tree and quickly climbed it. I've gotten so good at climbing trees because...well you know why.

Technically, Pat and I shouldn't be here. Henry and his parents should be in a jail cell right now. But only God knows what they're doing and where they are. I looked around for Pat. It took me awhile to spot his big figure in the crowd of people in bright orange jumpsuits.

But when I did see him, I yelled to him.
"PAT!!!" He looked up and saw me in the tree and came in my direction. But only before ALL of the police officers came out of the building. He stopped at the base of my tree.
"Jen!! We need to go further away!! They'll find us there!" He yelled. I climbed down.

We squeezed out of a small gap in the bottom of the fence surrounding the prison. After that, we just ran. I don't know how long or how far we ran but all I know is that when we stopped, my legs were hurting and no one was in sight.

We found a tree that we would make a bed in. We climbed it and settled on two, sturdy branches.

"Well, we escaped!" I exclaimed, happily. Pat nodded, breathless. I leaned back against the tree trunk and let out a big sigh. I missed Harper.
"What?" Pat asked. I sighed again.
"I miss Harper." I told him. He nodded.
"Me too. But we need to keep fighting."

"I'm going to go get some...some, uh." I tried to make up an excuse to be alone.
"I need to go to the bathroom." I finally came up with. He nodded, obviously missing my loss of words and rambling. I began to climb down the tree.

I think I took a different way down because the last branch was a lot higher from the ground then when we got up. Oh well. I jumped.
"OUCH!!" I yelled.
"Jen? Jen, are you ok?" Pat asked frantically.
"Yeah, I just think I landed on my ankle wrong. I may have sprained it."

Sophia's P.O.V.
The second I heard Harpers voice, I knew I would be safe. She untied my hands and took off the blindfold. The second I saw her, I hugged her.
"Alright, let's go." I plucked the small girl off the ground.
"And where are you going?" Said a deep voice.

I whipped around and wrapped my arms around Sophia, who had buried her head in to my shoulder. I didn't bother answering. I ducked behind a shelf when he lunged at me. This was not good.

Sorry for not updating, but here you go!! Thank you for everyone who send me nice messages through my move and all the stress!! Enjoy!!
