" But I lost myself when I lost you

But I still got jazz

When I've got those blues

I lost myself and I lost you too

And I still get trashed, baby

When I hear your tunes "

It was so sudden. It came like a lightning from the raging sky. A familiar feeling in the pit of her stomach, that she thought she left in London for good.

Noora really wanted it all to be over. In fact, she was trying to move on. For the past six months, she did everything in her power to forget his chocolate brown eyes that used to stare a her with love and appreciation, and that now, were stone cold.

At first glance, he didn't change at all, but when you took a better look, he cut his hair, he was dressed more formally than ever.

Besides that, he was still the same William everybody thought they knew.

She didn't think that though.

There was so much left unsaid, so many feelings of anger and resentment not talked about. The whole situation seemed weird to her.

Maybe because she had never expected herself to be in that kind of position.

Where she would have to give someone an ultimatum, almost impossible at last.

However, the thing that hurt her the most was the fact that he made that decision much easier than she had expected. It was quick, without a second thought.

Did he ever regret it? No, probably not.

And there he was. Standing in front of her.

People at the party were whispering to one another, watching the whole scene unfold. She could see Eva with the corner of her eye, mouth wide opened, gazing between her and William.

Somebody turned the music down.

Noora was still sitting with Kaleb at the couch, her answer to his question at the end of her tongue, but instead only the name of a certain somebody rolled out of her mouth.

They kept staring into each others' eyes.

And then the silence was broken with clinking of heels. A familiar face popped up from behind William, linking her arms with his right away.

There she was, the iceberg to her Titanic, main reason of her pain - Giselle Solberg.

A beautiful british model with norwegian roots, that hated her guts. They didn't like each other from the very beginning, at least from her part. Noora didn't have anything against her, until one ill-fated night.
