Among the darkness and bare lands, lacking life, the celestial being Freidos created life and light. And with his creations, brought death. He brought beautiful Sprites and Elves, and horrific Faen and Wraiths to battle against. And at the bottom of the chain, he made Humans. And to fight them, he made Tryfes. But Freidos didn't just want the warriors. He wanted them to have representatives. He himself, led the Knights of Freidos' Order. The most grueling and barbarous of all races were appointed to him. But to keep from his order being of such few races, he made a many more. Not all got someone to lead them. The humans for example, were left as underlings. But Freidos knew, that his creations may want to overthrow him, so he made a family. Freida, his wife and mother of his three kids. Frei, the eldest child, firstborn son of the gods. Freina, the middle child, and first daughter. And lastly, Freiquo, the youngest, and most stubborn, of the three, and being their last son. Freidos knew his family would die for him, for he made them in that manner. And so he created the rest of the races. Seventeen in total. From Elves, to Dwarves, Ogres to Pixies. He created them. However, he left it up to those individual groups to settle for themselves. The continent of Dicodia became engulfed in war. Only the humans, who were seen as inferior to all others, were left out of the war. Owning a small portion of the vast land near the south coast. They named it Nirn, after their first king. King Nirn kept the people out of war for his reign. His son continued the legacy, and his son as well. The peace lasted for a thousand years. But, peace cannot last forever. And it didn't. In the time of peace, man kind was told that they would be the one's to overturn the world. And one of them would slay Freidos to take his throne. This sparked hope in the human race. They envisioned their own greatness. And began to mass produce warriors and weapons. Going from farmers and merchants, to blood thirsty soldiers. But, the people were skeptical about randomly attacking the Tryfes. They knew not what they possessed. And this worried them. That same worry that prevented an all out assault nonetheless, died when a human trading caravan was attacked. The spark needed to light the war was there, and the fire that was the people spread. And after a thousand years of peace, the humans launched their first attack on the Tryfes.
