Chapter 6

Cole's P.O.V

That was the last page. She has so many bland pages left, but it ended so early. The last page was of that last night and although she ended it with getting ready I remember everything else afterwards.

She was right to not have wanting to trust me. I myself hadn't a real idea that they had sent someone from the pack to "keep an eye" on me. Well because this, who I still don't know who it is, went and told my parents about this meeting they took matters in their own hands. They sent guards to follow me and with the mission to kill her.

We were there at 7 and all I could think of was all the memories we made. Like how we just sat there at night watching and not having to talk because we just knew what the other was thinking. I also couldn't help, but smile and fall in love with her again. She looked so beautiful even if I know that she mare likely hates me. "What do you want?" She asked. No matter how much I try I couldn't find any words. "Are you going to say anything or are you just going to stand there?"She was starting to sound annoyed. I knew I had to say something because when she starts getting annoyed she also starts getting mad and she could leave. "I...I'm sorry, its just you look so beautiful." The only thing I could say was what was going through my head. "Is that it?" A hint of annoyance still there. "I just wanted to tell you that I love you." What else could I have said to her? I'm sorry? No, that's not how I would like to go about things.

"Yeah." She scoffed, but continues after I nodded. "You have a weird way of showing it." I knew I had to tell her everything now because if not I would not be getting her back any time soon. "Listen, I was suppose to kill you. I was trained to do that, but after getting to know you I was so wring about everything. You were real and amazingly strong. I never would have thought of falling for you, but I did and I would never regret it." I was really almost trying to not get mad and lose control. "You have an interesting way of showing it if you ask me." She had such a straight face on I wouldn't be able to tell if she felt anything right now. "I know you don't trust me and believe me I wouldn't trust myself either, but I just want to tell you that I will always love you and because of the love I have for you I felt my pack." I knew I had to do that whether that meant losing my title as Alpha. "You did that?" She tried to not sound surprised, but I was able to hear it. All I did was nod.
I tried to get close to her, but she wasn't confident in having me close to her. "Please Adri, I can't live without you. Give me another chance and everything will be different. No one will ever come between us." At that moment I let everything come out. The pain I have living with lately came out, but what I didn't know was that everything was going to get from bad to worse for me.
We had stayed silent both of us not wanting to ruin whatever was happening. That's when everything came crashing down.
