I woke up at 1:30 AM, hearing a huge clap of thunder. Looking at my alarm, I knew I wasn't going to be able to go back to sleep, not because of the thunder storm because I had to come back to reality, knowing that I was living in a torn up apartment. That was cold. Always cold. Just like the tea I drank almost every morning.

I remember when I lived with my mom, she would always wake up early to get ready for work. Before she left she would leave a warm cup of tea on my dresser. Now I'm far far away from her, living in Whitechapel England. After I dropped out of college, she stopped leaving tea on my dresser. Instead I was left with cold tea. Ha.. my stove doesn't work too good.
