I've been wandering aimlessly for days now.
The streets have gone dark before the first blink of my eyes
and this may take you by suprise,
but I see you.
You're here in this world of blurred roads,
where one turn makes you go straight instead of left or right.
And I can't help it, but you're in my line of sight.
So I run.
Pushing my legs as far as they'll go
because I know
You see,
we're both anomalies.
Out of the billions of people in this world,
none of us are the same.
We may be a we, but the only thing connecting us is our humanity.
And maybe if I run,
-push these chicken legs faster-
you'll know
that if you're losing hope in this great show called life
Giving up as some might say
you would make yourself the flower afraid to bloom after the cool chill.
