They whisper in words close to my ear so low only I can hear.
They tell me to lay down and close my eyes and all my troubles will simply drift by
I do as they say and enter a sleep filled with nightmares or dreams
they lurk
they creeped
Crystalline tears fall down my cheeks and I weep enough tears to last a week
They follow me where ever I go
In the bright sunlight they drag me in the shadows
their enticing words slipped into my heart
And their words read till death do we part.
