Matthew's Point Of View

I just got done talking to Morgan. We have actually been talking for a while now and I think I may like her... How could I like her?! I just met her!

I decided to call up my best and truly best friend. She's the only one of my friends who actually listen to me and actually care about what I have to say. She's not like everyone else. Her name is Kyra, she has straight brown and reddish hair, with brown eyes to go with her hair and she's like 5'5. I decided to text her and ask if she wanted to hangout.

(Me) Hey Kay, wanna hang out later?

(Kyra) Sure! I'll be over on a few.

(Me) You live next door. Why would it take "a few"?

(Kyra) Because I need to get dressed, where are we going? I need to know what to wear.

(Me) MCDONALDS🍟🍔

(Kyra) Yes!! I'm on my way over!!

(Me) Just come straight in

(Kyra) Don't I always? I'm coming in now

I decided not to reply, but to go through to my sisters room since it's across the hall. She passed my sisters room and I quietly jumped out of the room and tackled her to the ground. We are almost like family. Since I was still in thought Kyra easily pinned me to the ground and started chanting because she won.

"Let me up!!" I yelled.

"No you jumped on me and made me drop my phone!!"

"Get off me fatty!!" I screamed.

I was joking, of course, and she knew it. She playfully put her hand on her heart and started fake crying.

I got up and sat by her while whispering "Shh, shh. Don't cry."

Kyra lifted up her arm and I thought he was gonna give me a hug, but nope. She smacked me and ran downstairs. I was so stunned I just stood there, not moving. Kyra came back up stairs and gave me a hug and said

"Sorry... Sorry that your a cry baby!"

We are really close friends so we don't keep any secrets at all and we always feel comfortable with each other. I just playfully punched her in the arm and yelled to my mom that we were going out.

Within a few moments we were at a Mcdonalds. We ordered our food and knowing us being as weird as we are we got Happy Meals. Kyra got a Tow-Mater toy while I got Flo. I wanted Tow-mater, I am getting Tow-Mater!! I decided to be polite and ask her if she wanted to trade, but who would give up a Tow-Mater?! So without even thinking I grabbed the toy and ran. I don't know where I was going, but I had it and I wasn't going to give it up.

"Aha!" I yelled.

I saw the play place, took of my shoes and ran within the tunnels. I saw her. She looked mad! She saw me looking at her through the smudgey plexiglass window.

She yelled "I'm gonna get you Espinosa!"

With hearing that, I saw her run into the tunnels. I ran to the slide went down it and jumped into the ball pitt. I ran back around to the slide to see Kyra sitting there. She swiftly jumped onto me making me drop Tow-Mater. She sat on me asking

"Where's Mater?!" I stuttered.

"I dropped him in here." She got off me and got on her hands and knees searching for him.

We spent 5 minutes looking for him and he was under the slide.. We decided to get out and put on our shoes. We got back to our table and the manager was looking at us. According to the manager only 3-9 year olds are allowed in their. She didn't kick us out but we decided to leave.

We took our happy meal boxes and left to go back to my house. When we got there our nuggets and apples were gone. We decided to play some one on one. I'm pretty good if I may say so myself. But Kyra. She was downright amazing! After she won, ahead by eight points, we decided to go over to her house and jump on the trampoline. Kyra ran up her porch and into the house to get her stero.

When she came back, one direction was playing. We got on the trampoline yelling/singing Story Of My Life. After about half an hour of messing around, my mom called me back to my house to wash up for dinner. But before I went I told Kyra I'd be back in an hour to tell her about Morgan...
