Six words

You sit quietly, counting the stars.

Never will I leave you alone.

Silence eats me alive without you.

Smile, it shows your still fighting.

Kindness ate my soul alive today.

Food is supposed to be eaten.

Your eyes are forever sky blue.

He slept, he woke, he ate.

She never spoke, the assassination continued.

Words seemed to drench the page.

Glass shattered, a woman screamed loudly.

He held him, then whispered vows.

Sadness made home of my bones.

One broken rib, two broken hearts.

Paramedics finished her text "..love you."

The sun helped the flowers grow.

"You said you'd never leave me.."

Sweet lies, broken hearts, tears shed.

Anything is better than losing trust.

"Mother never came home.." He said.
