"See you tomorrow Allie!" Cassie shouted as she walked out of my small apartment. I sighed, slumping down onto the couch that was momentarily pressed up against the wall. My best friend Cassie was over to help me learn a dance routine for my audition at the Academy of Dance, an exclusive dance school, but even after hours of going over the same thing, it was hopeless. I was never going to get in. My hands covered my face as I tried to contain the tears that were threatening to spill over and run down my face. Hair was falling out of my hair tie while sweat still lingered on my body as I curled up, feeling miserable. Sleep was starting to overtake me when I heard a knock at the door. "Fuck!" I screamed into the pillow covering my face. Sighing, I then pushed myself up onto my elbows. Maybe if I didn't answer they would go away but no, instead they insisted on knocking till someone opened it. Trudging across the empty floor, right as I was about to open the door, it quickly opened and I became face to face with my boyfriend. A worried expression was plastered across his face as he looked down at me. "Oh sweetheart...." Louis pulled me into his arms making me lose what control I had on my tears. One by one they left my red and puffy eyes falling over my bottom lashes. He was holding me so tight that I could hear his heart beating against my own chest. "Please don't." Louis eyes filled with hurt, hating that I was so upset. "I can't help it! I'm a failure!" I sobbed into his shoulder, trying not to get what makeup that was left on my face, on his nice jumper. Louis then picked me up and started carrying me to my bedroom. Once getting inside, he laid me down on the feathery mattress and pulled the covers over me. He then walked over to the over side, took off his shoes, and climbed in beside me. Putting his arm around my waist, he kissed the top of my head and smoothed my hair back with his hand. For the next fifteen minutes, we stay close together, letting me cry into his arms. "Feel better now?" Louis asked with a sympathetic smile. I nod my head but Louis knew me all too well. "Just remember that no matter what I love you. You're an amazing dancer; I know that, the boys know that, everyone knows that! No matter what happens at the audition tomorrow, I will still love you the same, if not more. You're perfect, please don't get upset. I hate seeing my baby girl in tears." A genuine smile formed on my face as he wiped away my tears with his thumb. Louis then tilts my chin up and softly kissed my lips. "I love you." He repeated placing another kiss on my head. "I love you too." I snuggled into his chest, all my stress and worries vanish away.
