Elliot and Olivia walked in to Cragen's office
"what's he doing here?"
Tucker was standing beside Cragen's desk
"What did you guys do this weeken?" Tucker said
"Oh you mean the weeken that's on our own time and has nothing to do with you?" Elliot said crossing his arms and leaning against the wall
Olivia looked at Elliot then back at Tucker and Cragen
"I got this e-mail this morning" Tucker said as he held up a picture of Elliot and Olivia dancing together at the club
Olivia looked at Elliot
"that's me and Liv at a club this weeken, what about it?" Elliot said
"you two are waful close" Tucker said
"well it's called Dancing Tucker" Elliot said
"Are you two dating, yes or no" Tucker said
"No, Casey called me and told me that everyone was going out and we all went to the club, they all got tired so they left but Liv and I still wanted to dance more so we did" Elliot said
"then what's this?" Tucker said as he held up another picurer of Elliot and Olivia kissing at the bar
Olivia bit her lip
"T-that's a misunderstanding, Elliot and I were kinda druck and it just happened" Olivia said
"Yeah, it just happened" Elliot said
Tucker noded a little and put the pictures down
"I hope your right, if I find out your lying both of you will be looking for a new job" Tucker said as he walked out.
Elliot went to walk out but Cragen stopped him
"tell me the truth....now" Cragen said
"that was the truth, it just happened and we were druc" Elliot said
Olivia nodded she didn't say much cuz she was never good at lying to Cragen
"go back to work now" Cragen said
They left his office and went to their desks
Later that night Elliot heard a knock at his door, he got up and opened the door
"Hey" Elliot said
"Hey" Olivia said as she took off sunglasses and a hat
"what's with the hat? and glasses" Elliot said shutting the door behind her
"well since IAB is catching on I thought I should sneak over" Olivia said
"good idea" Elliot said sitting on the couch beside her
"You got beer?" Olivia said walking in to the kitchen
"Yup" Elliot said smiling
Olivia grabbed a beer and walked over to the couch
Elliot smiled and pulled her down on top of him so she was sitting on his lap with her back against the arm of the couch
Olivia laughed and kissed him softly
Elliot kissed back then took the beer from hand and took a drink from it
"Hey" Olivia said taking her beer back
