The Skater Girl (A Luke Hemmings Fan-Fic)

I was sitting under the tree in front of my house when I heard the sound of a skate board in front of me. I looked up slightly to see a pair of worn out black convers. I kept looking up to see he was wearing a pair of dark blue skinny jeans and grey shirt that says 'school sucks'. Looking up to see his face I saw that he had his lip pierced with piercing blue eyes. He had blonde hair that was made into a quiff.

I watched him as he kept going. He stopped right in front of my new neighbor's house. He jumped of his skate board picking it up, and walked inside. Wait, skater boy is my new neighbor? "Dani come inside!" I heard my mom yell from inside the house. I got up and ran inside. My little brother, Ben, was sitting infront of the tv playing some stupied video game. "Dani will you come help me with supper?" My mom asked. "Yeah I'll be right there," I said and walked into the kitchen. My mom was cooking spaghetti, so I grab a pot and the noddles and set them near my mom. "Hey mom who moved in next to us?" I asked wanting to know more about the skater boy.

"The Hemmings. They moved here from Australia," my mom answerd me. "Why would they move here? There is nothing to do here," I said. "I don't know but as far as I do know, one of their sons is your age," She said as she put the noddles in the pot. "Have you met them yet?" I asked sitting on the counter. "No but they are coming over for dinner tonight," my mom said. "Can I eat in my room then?" I asked. "No Daniella and you better be nice." She said. I sighed and walked up stairs to my room.

My room was a shade of blue with my bed by the wall. Next to my bed was a dresser and across the room I had a desk with my laptop on it. Next to my desk was my closet. Exciting, I know. Not. I walked over to my closet and picked out what I was going to wear. I wanted to look nice and my Blink 182 shirt with sweat pants was not going to cut it. I picked out a light blue plaid shirt with dark blue shorts. I changed my clothes and put on a black pair of high tops for shoes. I walked into the bathroom across the hall and plugged in my curling iron. When it warmed up I started to curl my natruly straight brown hair into little curls. My hair fell about half way down my back. When I finished curling my hair I brushed out my bangs and put on mascara and eye liner and then my "nerd" glasses.

I walked back down stairs and sat on the couch next to Ben. I picked up a controller and joined the game he was playing. I dont really know what game it was but I think it was like Call of Duty or something like that. I was kicking some butt when I heard a knock on the door. "Ben answer the door," I said not wanting to stop the game. "No," He said not even looking over at me. I didnt want to argue so I got up to answer the door. When I opened the door I saw the skater boy, and his parents. "Come on in," I said and opend the door wider. "Thank you," Mrs. Hemmings said. "My name is Lindsey. This is Greg," She said as she pointed to her husband "And this is Luke," She said pointing to the skater boy. "Nice to meet you all. My name's Daniella," I said smiling. "Over there on the couch is my younger brother, Ben, and my mom is in the kitchen." I said pointing to the kitchen.

Mr. and Mrs. Hemmings walked over to the kitchen and I walked over to the love seat and Luke came over and sat next to me. "So how do you like it here so far?" I asked while turning to face him. "Its cool I guess. I haven't really met anyone." He said. I nodded and then asked "So what brings you to this boring town?" He laughed and then said "My band. We all decided to move out here together. They all live on this street to." He said. "Well maybe I can meet them sometime," I said. "Yeah that would be cool." He said and smiled.

We talked throughout dinner and we got suck cleaning dish. Well, I got stuck doing them and he said he would help. We had finished and he says "Dani look at me," I turned my head to face him and got a face full of water. "You did not just do that," I said. He laughed and said "I believe I just did." with a smirk on his face. "Lets take this outside," I said I ran upstairs to my brothers room and came back with two big water guns. We filled them up and ran outside. I kicked my shoes off so they wouldn't be wet and was shot in the back by Luke. "Oh it is on now," I said and shot him with water in the face.
