A/N Before I start this I hope you all like this story. Thank you and let the story begin. 

It was a normal day at the world meetings, except something was wrong with France. He seemed sad. England took notice of this but thought it was nothing. He just went on with his day like normal.

A Little While Later...

"And that is why I think we should trade more with the other countries. Thank you." England concluded his speech about trade and blah blah blah boring stuff. France wasn't really paying attention so when America called his name all he responded with was "Pardon?"

"Dude, I asked you if you wanted to hang out with me and Canada later on."

"Ah, sorry Amérique. I don't think so."

"Alright bro, see ya" America ran outside calling out to Canada for him to wait for him. 

England was packing his stuff up when he noticed that France still looked sad. He was getting worried at this point.

France started to pack his stuff up as well and as England was leaving he called out his usual insult to France. "I hate you, you frog."

And to his surprise, France didn't retort back with an insult about his eyebrows. But he said something that shocked him even more.

"I do too..." France said.

At those three words England's heart shattered and he turned around to see France on the verge of tears.

"France..." England walked over to him. France just looked away, he couldn't look England in the eyes.

Suddenly, England hugged France as tight as he could. France's eyes widened and tears rolled gently down his cheeks. "Francis...all those bad things I say about you...I don't mean them...I'm sorry."

"Arthur..." France silently whispered. He looked England in his eyes. "Francis...I love you..."

"I love you too Angleterre..." France pulled England close and kissed him.
