Dream Land (A Luke Brooks Love Story)

*Skye's POV*

Hi. My name is Skye. Skye Duran. I was born in Toronto, Canada raised in Melbourne, Australia sine I was 11.  So I have a mixed accent of Australian and Canadian. I am 18 years old and still have never had a boyfriend. I have brown dip dyed blonde hair down to my waist with blue eyes but I regularly dye it or pastel or chalk my hair. I don't like it staying the same. For two years I've been singing for a living and making YouTube videos whilst doing part-time acting. It's pretty hectic from time-to-time but I wouldn't trade my job for the world. It's amazing how much support I get. My fans are amazing. I live in LA in a cute little apartment. But I'm in Toronto at the moment because the MMVAs are tonight. I'm up for 'International Video of the Year by a Canadian' for my song, 'Infinity'. Apparently the Janoskians are presenting my award. I love them loads. I didn't see them when I lived in Melbourne but I always used to watch their videos and still do. 

I got in the shower to wash my hair and body and shave before my make up artist, Aliyah and hair stylist, Regan get here. I do wax my legs and underarms but in between waxing I shave. It sounds weird to say my make up artist and hair stylist. I can do it myself. I've done make up and hair tutorials on YouTube before but my manager insisted I had them so I agreed seeing as though they can do it more amazing than I ever could. The upside is they're my best friends so It's fun getting ready. Once I got out I dried myself and put a towel around my hair because Aliyah will blow dry it later on for me. I looked in my wardrobe and slipped on my pants and bra. I picked out a cute outfit and got changed into a pink bow cut out crop top, a tight black mini skirt, pink and black heels. I curled my hair and had natural make up. I applied my black fake nails when their was a knock at the door.

I got up and saw Aliyah and Regan through the peep hole of my hotel room door. I let them in and sat down in front of my vanity. They  brought i their make up and hair product caddies and set up. Regan quickly dried my hair whilst Aliyah set up her make up for me picking out the best colours for my outfit. Regan then put loads of product in my hair to protect it, make it shine and prevent split ends whilst Aliyah did my make up perfectly.

"Your gonna win this award Skye." Regan commented whilst curling my hair perfectly. I scrunched up my nose whilst Aliyah was doing my lipstick. She just chuckled. 

"There's way more talented people than me up for this award. Avril Lavigne, Carly Rae Jepsen, Justin Bieber, Tegan and Sara and Walk off the Earth. No way I can win but the Janoskians are presenting this award and you know I love them." I sighed, "Anyways you two coming to the awards?" I said thinking about Luke. I opened my mouth whilst Aliyah applied lip gloss to my lips then contouring and highlighting my face perfectly. 

"Course we are Cupcake. Why do you think We're all done up we just need to get changed." Regan asked me laughing. She dyed her hair loads too its pink and purple at the minute. I let out a giggle.

"Done!" Screeched Aliyah. I laughed and so did she.

"Thank you Monkeybutt." She smiled and hopped off to get changed into a black sparkly dress with smoky eye and dark lipstick with wite speckled fake nails. She wore black suede heels and had a black and gold clutch. She had curled her dark blonde hair. I looked up to Regan and smiled. She sprayed the hairspray and salt spray and hair shine.

"Viola!"  She held up her hands. 

"Thank you Boo." She smiled and followed Aliyah to get ready.She was going to wear a black bow cut out crop top, a black mini skirt with red roses on with black suede heels withs spikes on. She had curled her pink hair dip dyed purple. She went for a natural eye look but a bright lip colour. She had a black clutch and nude fake nails. Its unfair they don't get to come on the red carpet with me. I pushed some hair to the front and spread it out evenly whilst flipping my side fringe back. I sprayed some 'Our Moment' perfume and sprayed a Strawberry and Cream spritz on my hair. I looked in the full length mirror. Eh.. Good enough. I answered the knock at my door to see my manager staring me up and down.
