Dad and the pack

Hey everyone, lets just say i woke up, went downstairs to the kitchen found out my dog had been in my moms room for most of the morning. He's so cute, a little one year old German Shepherd Mix and he's all mine.I think it was awesome that I adopted him. My dad agrees with me. ;) On with the story.

Lily walked inside the house while holding onto Kevin's hand and saw her dad sitting on the couch watching football Louisville vs. Kentucky. Her dad was screaming at the tv. "YEAH LOUISVILLE! KICK THEIR ASSES." (Sorry Kentucky fans, Louisville fan here. They rule! lol)

Lily giggled at her dad, making him jump off the couch and turning the tv on mute. Kevin was watching them with an amused smirk.

"Uh hey Lily, what are you doing home so early and who is this?" Her dad asked her while narrowing his eyes at their hands.

Kevin tightened his hand on Lily before coughing to gain his attention.

"Sir um you might want to sit down for this." Her dad looked at Lily, confused but did as he was told.

Lily went to wrap her arms around Kevin's waist and hid her face on his arm. She knew where this conversation is headed.

"What's all this about and who are you?!" Her dad demanded.

Lily felt Kevin heave a sigh and wrap his arms around Lily.

"Its about Josh sir. I was walking around the block to his house and heard some noises. Apparently he was drunk and had forced himself on Lily. " Kevin explained.

Lily dared herself to look at her dad and nearly flinch. His face was red and he was very mad.

He looked at Lily and his eyes soften when he saw her fearful gaze.

"I knew there was something wrong with that boy. What happened when you showed up?" He asked Kevin.

Kevin clinch his free hand into a fist before nearly snarling out loud.

"I saw him forcing himself on her when she was about to take him to bed to sleep off the alcohol and i was lucky.to get there in time cause all he did was kiss her and nearly took her by force i was in there just in time before knocking him out cold."He growled out.

She nervously looked at her dad before hiding behind Kevin Tears nearly pouring out of her eyes.

Jace was mad. Mad that his daughter was almost rapped by that good for nothing teenager. He was mad at himself for not being there to protect his daughter like he had vowed to do so. He saw tears coming out of his little flowers eyes before hiding herself behind Kevin.

Calming down slightly before opening his arms wide."Lily please come here." He pleaded.

Lily looked at her dad from behind Kevin's back to see her holding his arms out for a hug. She looked up at Kevin's and noticed how uneasy he looked.

Getting out from her hiding spot she went into her dads arms.

He held onto her like his life depends on it. Feeling a lot safer Lily finally let the tears fall and cried.

Her dad picked her up and wrap her legs around his waist while whispering sweet nothing in her ear.

Kevin watch the scene of the father comforting his daughter and smiled.

Kevin felt his phone vibrate and nearly curse out loud, he forgot about his pack.

Dude alpha, where the hell are you? The pack is going crazy wondering where their alpha is safe. -James
