Right now I'm walking into the supermarket to get some monthly groceries, I gotta survive you know. I live in apartment I spent most of money on to get away from my crazy ass ex, Terrance. But it didn't work he follows me and once tried to rape me but I almost cut him of it wasn't that knock at the door.

Using all of my strength and standing on my tippy-toes to get the box of fruity pebbles. Why is it so damn high? I'm short I'm 5'4 by the way been picked on my whole life.....

I then saw a man coming to me, I got a little excited as he was coming closer to me! He was fine as hell, brown skinned, hazel eyes, curly hair and very fit. He looked around 6'1.

I saw him grabbed the box and bring it down to me but he walked off and said

That just got me piss of off! You know what fuck it. I decided to climb the shelf. I was about to grab it but it pushed it backed a little so it was more challenging for me now. I kept on trying but I failed.

I then slipped but I was caught by muscular arms. I could feel him staring at me. I was still shocked by what just happen still. I turned my head to see a very fine man not boy, man!

He had green eyes with streaks of blue around the pupil. Well damn....He then put me down on my feet and grabbed the box of cereal and handed to me, looking into my eyes. Somehow they turned to a dark green.

I backed away slowly but he took a step closer. He had lust in his eyes....but why? Soon a voice called out, guessing it was him since he turned his head slowly.

"Preston, c'mon were gonna be late".

"See you later....umm....". he said trying to guess my name.

"Simone, see you Preston and thanks". I started to walk off I turned to see him but he was already gone.

I hit snooze on my clock and got up off my twin bed. I was so tired today but I needed to go to work to day. Gotta pay bills.....

I strip from my clothes, grabbed my towel and walked into my bathroom. I decided I'll take an shower it's quicker and less messy.

I put on my red shirt and black pants. I walked at the door with my purse and keys. No car so walking......

I walked into the restaurant, checked in and go to working. I'm at the front table where people order or pay.

"Simone, your staying an extra three hours, ok"? My boss Clyde said to me. I was pissed but I kept my cool.

"Okay, sir". It is now nine o' clock....by the time I get home it'll be twelve o thirty!

I locked up the place and walked out. I decided to take the shortcut, the alley it's risking but I want my bed.

I turned the corner and made my way to the alley.

"Hey, sexy ass! What are you doing here at this time night"?! He said walking up to me with his groupie.

"Getting money unlike your ass...." I said going at a quicker pace.

"You bitch"! He yelled at me coming up to me, pushing me against the brick wall.

"Move, please"! I said pushing his shoulder but only to be pushed back harder, hurting my shoulder blade.

"Ahhhh"! I yelped out in pain.

"Shut up bitch, your gonna learn a lesson today". He with an chuckle. He then whipped out an sharp shiny blade. I close my eyes shut just wanting to get this over with.

But I heard an 'oof' from the man and a loud thump. I open my eyes to see the commotion. I saw Preston...the guy at the supermarket.

He came up to me with his left hand over my head looking into my eyes. Oh his light green eyes.

"Hi, I guess we meet again Simone.....". He said licking his pink but smooth lips. So kissable....get it together Simone!

"Hi, Preston. I guess so". I said with a smile he smiled back showing those dimples. "Watch out"! I nearly yelled.

He punched the guy in a swift motion and came back to his original place.

"You're coming with me". He said grabbing my hand. I grabbed back for some reason I trusted his fine ass. 🙉
