Blue hats flew in the air and yells were heard all over the gymnasium as the principle smiled into the microphone. "Congratulations class of 2017!" She yelled happily. Everyone ran outside some waiting for there parents to celebrate them others hugging there friends and talking to them about there plans for the future. Jessica however grabbed a bag she placed in front of a door before the ceremony. She stopped by the bathroom in the gym and quickly got changed, she threw the cap and gown in the trash and put a baseball hat on before walking outside. She pushed past the people who screamed and laughed as she tried to get to her car. She finally reached her old car she quickly got in and started driving before traffic started. As she drove closer to the highway she started crying, she could tell whether they were tears of happiness, sadness or fear but she knew they were not going away anytime soon.
