"I'm sorry, I didn't realise you were here", I said while covering my mouth with the hand I just punched Kisame with. Truly I thought he was just a tree.
"It's fine, I'll forgive you as long as you tell me why you're so mad" he said and rubbed the spot he just got punched in, while giving me his usual smile. I looked down at my feet and thought how to phrase my emotions. I'm afraid that he's going to side with Hidan, given that he's been friends with him for a while now.
"I'm just a bit shook at how much of a jerk Hidan was. That's why I went out instead of having breakfast with the rest. To have some time to cool down" I said softly and sat down on a tree stump which was around two meters away from me, then lowered my head and held it up with my hands, letting my elbows lean on my knees.
"Don't take that guy seriously, he's worse than Tobi at times" he said and sat in front of me, while taking my right hand and holding it firmly. I looked up to meet with a compassionate gaze. My eyes watered slightly but I shook it off.
"The problem is I already took him seriously, and I thought he was honest about what he felt. How naive can you get?" I said and looked down at my feet again, only to get my face lifted up by him.
"I get that he broke your trust, but what could you expect by a man who knows nothing of others feelings? Don't be saddened by it and move on, there are better people out there who you deserve more than what you could get from him" he said as he let go of my chin and ruffled my hair, before letting go of my hand and getting up to leave.
"Kisame?" I whispered him name out as I got up myself, he looked down at me and raised his eyebrow, questioningly.
"Thank you, but please don't tell anyone about this conversation" I said as I looked into his eyes. He nodded and slowly walked away. Suddenly I heard a twig break behind me, but what I saw was just a rabbit running out of a couple bushes which were growing nearby. Wait. I get why I came here, but why did Kisame leave the base?
I decided to spend some time thinking about what I should do next, and wandered around the forest, admiring the views.

A couple hours went by and I decided to start making my way back to the base. As I was walking through the forest I heard footsteps behind me. I quickly turned around to face the direction the sounds were coming from, to find out that a band of shinobi were making their way towards me. More importantly towards our Base which was 15 minutes away. I quickly jumped in their way and tried to cast an ice Lance jutsu, but they were quicker.
I felt weird slime wrap around my lower legs and upper body, disabling me from moving an inch. The shinobi ran up to me but before I could make out their faces and symbols o n their headbands one of them threw a paperbomb in my face, which exploded instantly. I screemed out in pain, as my eyes where still open when the bomb went off. I tried opening them but it was no use, I couldn't see a thing. When I tried to brake free something hit the back of my head and caused me to black out.
..
Once every so often I woke up, but all I felt was something holding onto my lower stomach, and breeze hitting my skin. Was someone carrying me? I tried opening my eyes, but whether they were open or not, all I could see is darkness. I assume I had not enough strength to open them properly, before falling asleep once more.
..
After another while I managed to wake up properly. My surroundings where warm, I could tell that I'm no longer outside, meaning someone must have carried me away from the forest. Was I in the shinobi hideout? A village? Prison?
