Prologue

Liam's P.O.V:

 “Tell me a lie,” Louis looked at me, his eyes trailing over my face as if I was a piece of art he could not decipher.

 Swallowing hard, I frowned; hiding my nervousness, “I’m wearing ladies underwear.”

 He glared at me, “We both know that, that isn’t a lie. Now do as I say.”

 I lowered my head, licking my lips nervously as I trained my gaze on the grey carpet. Should have known, I thought. He’d been trying to get it out of me for weeks. My one secret. How could I have been so naïve to follow him into an empty room? We were alone and he had me cornered. My only option was the window; seeing as he was leaning on the door.

 Sighing, I opened my mouth. “Remember when we were little, and we played hide and go seek?”

 Louis scoffed, “You would always hide in the closet. We’d have to pull you out before you gave up,” He chuckled, making me shiver, “What does this have to do with your secret--- whoa. Dude, are you---?”

 “Yes.” I said, looking up. “I’m gay.”
