You Have Been Rejected by Me!

Chapter 5

Faith's POV

Zane growls again. "What is with you and growling?"
"I was there and you made a deal with that rogue." Zane says as if it didn't matter.
"What deal?"
"The deal that you will go with him."

"Faith is this true?" Dex asks.
"No and yes."
"Either you did or you didn't."
"I was forced to make the deal."
"No one can be forced into making a deal."
"Would you rather be dead or alive?"
"What type of question is that?"

"She means that she didn't have a choice in making the deal because she didn't want anyone dying. If she didn't make the deal we would be at war right now and since she chose to leave at the end of the week no one gets hurt." Zane says.
"Where did you hear that?"
"I told you I was there when I seen you talking to the rogue."
"Next time you shouldn't listen in on other people's conversations."

"Faith is all of this true?" Dexter asks.
"I was going to tell you later but he wouldn't let me say anything."
"Oh well is there anything you would like to add to what he said?"
"Ya I'm packing and leaving to go back to my old home."
"Why are you going back there?"
"They won't think to look there."
"Well how long do you plan on staying there?"
"I'm not sure how long probably until after I turn seventeen."
"Well then have Zane go with you."
"No, I can take care of myself." I say while Zane says "Fine, I will protect her."
"Then it's all settled. So start packing so you can get there early enough."

I was in my room packing when the door just banged opened. "Where the hell do you think you are going?" Xan asks.
"i'm going home so there isn't any trouble for ya'll and so ya'll won't get hurt or killed."
"Well I'm not letting you go by yourself."
"I'm not going by myself someone is coming with me to protect me just in case they decide to look at my old home. I am also visiting my fathers and mothers grave."
"Who is going with you?"
"Zane, Ness, Liya, Ryker and Rilo are coming. I still have to talk to Dexter about Ness, and Liya coming. It's up to Zane if Ryker and Rilo come not mine or Dexter's."
"How long are you going to be gone?"
"I'm not sure probably not until after I turn seventeen."
"Why that long?"
"Cuz the guy said he would find me on my birthday but I doubt he would look at my old home for me."
"What makes you think that he won't look there?"
"I do---"I start to say but the door opens again. Zane came barging in and asks "Are you ready yet?"
"Almost."
"Well hurry up we don't have all day."
"We have to wait for Ness and Liya to finish packing."
"Does Dexter know that they are coming?"
"No, not yet but I'm about to go tell him as soon as I'm done packing so leave so I can finish."

"Are you going to answer me or ignore me?" Xan asks
"I don't know, I won't know until after I turn seventeen." I say hearing a growl and then my door came crashing down outward. I looked toward my door and seen that Zane had left but my door was no longer useable. "WHAT THE HELL IS WITH YOU AND GROWLING MUTT?!!!????" I yell at Zane. I didn't get any answer back.
"Maybe he might be your mate."
"Well I don't think he is."
"Why don't you think he is your mate?"
"Cuz I don't know and I already have an arranged mate so he can't be either way."

"Dexter!! Nessy and Liya are coming with me." I yell from my room.
"Okay!" Dexter yells back.

"You ready finally?" Zane asked.
"As ready as I will ever be."

"Hey don't worry Liya and I will be there to protect you."
"I know you will but that's not what I'm worried about."
"Then what is it that your worried about?"
"Finding my mate and not being able to reject them"
"Why would you want to reject them though?"
"Cuz I don't want one and they hold you down from hanging with people you want to hang out with. Plus they are over protective."
"How can you say that? Your mate would understand you and let you do what you want. Why would you even think that they would do such a thing like that? Yes they may be over protective but that is all mates because they don't want anything to happen to you."

"Well I'm not cut out to be anyones mate." I say sadly. Yes I want a mate but I'm an alpha and I don't want to give up my old pack just to become luna to it. I cut off all connections to Dexter's pack so I don't have to listen to anyone talk on and on about unimportant stuff and not having anybody bother me.

"So for us to communicate with each other we're gonna have to connect with each other."
"A blood oath is the only way." Zane says.
"Yes" Only the high ups like the alphas and betas know how that works. Its not a complicated thing to do it just not many alphas like to do it. It makes it hard to break and sometimes it can never be broken. Which can cause the alphas to fight if they aren't on good terms. The only time its ever really used is when the alphas really trust each other. Since we have no other ways of communicating we have no choice but to use the blood oath. Since I'm an alpha I can do the blood oath with Zane but it would be better if Dex was part of it. This way he has an insight on whats going on.
Going into Dexter's office I tell him that we need to do a blood oath which he agrees to. Getting the cup that we have for this occasion he say "Just be careful on the road incase they have people watching them."
"I will."
