Chapter 1

My life

Well I'm sure you are all wondering about my life and all of that boring stuff that usually happens at the beginning of a book, so I guess I should tell you. Well my name is Alison, most people call me Ali. I'm 16 years old and my birthday is June 17th. Anyways when I was 6 my parents split up so most of the time I lived with my mom and occasionally went to my father's house which was always terrible, except for the fact that I got to see my brother who my father some how won in court. Well I guess I'm one to say that so far I've had a pretty crappy life. It was all fine up until middle school when we moved and I had to go to a new school and I lost all of my friends and had no way to contact them. But best of all, two years later when I went to visit them, they had all forgotten about me. Well, at least I have made new friends here... kind of. Anyways, back to the present.

Recently I have noticed this one guy who for some reason seems to be staring at me sometimes. He is in my class and in all fairness, I think he likes me. And I'm not exactly the "lovey dovey" type of person but I think he is cute. Lets just say that he isn't exactly popular so we have a lot in common. And considering the circumstances we could date because my mom doesn't give a crap what I do. But whatever, wont happen anyway.
