Nikko's eyes widened as Rima stepped out in front of him on the way to the hospital. He gasped. "Are you. . .?" he asked.
Rima nodded with a smile. "Yes, Nikko," she said, "I'm Rima Uzumaki, your mother."
Nikko stepped forward and embraced his mother. "I've dreamt of meeting you for so long," he said, "I've got so many questions."
"Of course you do," Rima said, "I would be worried if you didn't, but let's put a pin in that until we get you all healed up. Here, you walk toward the Hokage office and I'll heal you as we walk."
Nikko looked to Lee as they walked out of the room. I hope he'll be okay, he thought. "Did you see the match?"
"Yes," Rima said, "Your use of Flying Raijin is impressive." He's like Minato in that respect, she thought.
"Wait, if you're an Uzumaki, does that mean I'm related to Naruto?" Nikko asked.
Rima nodded, "His mother was my sister. You're cousins."
Nikko's jaw dropped. "Seriously?" he asked.
"Okay," Rima said as they arrived at the Hokage office, "I've healed your more serious injuries. Now, I've got to give a report to Lord Hokage. Will you wait here?"
"I suppose," Nikko said.
Rima half smiled at Nikko. That look in his eye, she thought, That's the same look I had when I heard about Nagato's parents. That's the look of somebody who's bound and determined to kill someone.
She walked into the Hokage Office and closed the door. "Hello, Lord Third," she said.
"Thanks," Rima said, "I've got news about Madara."
"Oh?" Hiruzen said, "And that is?"
"He's vanished completely," Rima said, "Not a trace for the past twelve years. I found the place where he and Minato battled, but he left no tracks when he fled."
"What are you saying?" Hiruzen asked.
"He's acquired space-time ninjutsu since Lord First supposedly killed him," Rima said, "However, based off the fact that Minato was able to drive him off, it's highly likely that he's not at his full power. At least, he wasn't when he battled Minato."
"I see," Hiruzen said, "And what do you say we do about him?"
"Nikko has both Senju and Uchiha blood in him," Rima said, "As well as the nine-tails and you've seen that he's already unlocked the Mangekyou. I'll take him under my wing and train him. If that doesn't work, there's always the Reanimation Jutsu."
"Very well," Hiruzen said, "but I absolutely forbid you from using the Reanimation Jutsu."
"About the Uchiha," Rima said, "is it true what I heard?"
