Jessica woke up with a feeling that today was going to be a good day. She got nine good hours of sleep and it's Friday. Obviously Jessica doesn't want to go to school but she's looking forward to lunch time. She's going to be really careful that the unnamed waiter and her phone don't make her late to class again. Jessica's dad leaves the house before she gets up everyday so she gets ready for school with no interruptions. She eats a healthy breakfast involving fruits or vegetables daily. After eating, she then showers. Jessica gets dressed and puts on a light coat of mascara. Jessica tries to do something different with her hair everyday because she doesn't want to have the same hair style two days in a row. Today, she decided a simple three-strand braid would be good enough for her. She's wearing a dark gray sweater, dark wash blue jeans with holes in the knees and white Converse. She also grabbed her light brown, almost tan purse before she left her house.

As Jessica pulled into the school parking lot, she was still smiling which wasn't normal for her. Usually by this part of the day, Jessica is already really annoyed with everyone. She believes that she goes to school with a vast variety of idiots. The other day, she came to school and someone was doing donuts in the parking lot at 7:30 in the morning. Why would anyone do donuts at this time of day? Who has that kind of energy this early in the morning? She thought, when she saw the unnecessarily energetic guy that particular morning.

At the beginning of second period, a girl was running in the hall. The girl knocked Jessica over and didn't even offer to help her up. She thought that was really rude and got mad at the stranger but she was already gone before she could yell at the imbecile. People aren't supposed to run in the hallways so why was she? Jessica knew her good day wouldn't last too long. Someone always has to do something that makes her mad. Jessica gets annoyed easily but she never shows it, everyone still believes that Jessica is always happy and in a good mood, even though on the inside she feels the opposite quite often.

By study hall, which Jessica spends in the  library, she was cooled off. She was excited for lunch time and the anticipation of learning the mysterious waiter's name was killing her. She was also pretty stoked that she gets to leave the school for about thirty to forty minutes. Lunch time is Jessica's favorite because she gets to leave the school while she eats an amazing lunch with people she actually tolerates. Yes, she does technically eat alone but the people who work at her favorite place, she likes. Some people have music or reading as an escape from the real world but Jessica has the diner. She also has reading but the diner is her number one escape from reality, during school hours.

When the bell rings for class change, Jessica basically sprints out to her car. At this point, she is super excited for the diner and really wants to know this guy's name because it bothers her that she knows everyone who works there, but him. As she's driving, Jessica is singing really loudly and her foot keeps pushing down the gas petal.

"Shit shit shit shit what am I going to do? What am I going to do?" Jessica freaks out because she sees blue and red lights flashing behind her.

As the police officer walks over to her window, she gets very scared. This is her first time ever being pulled over.

"Do you know what you did wrong Ms.?" He says.

"Umm, I was speeding?"

"Yes you were. Twenty miles over the speed limit. That's pretty bad but since this looks like it the first time you've been pulled over, I will let you off with a warning. Don't speed anymore. It could get you or others hurt."

"Oh my gosh thank you so much. You are a life saver." Jessica is shaking really badly from fear of being pulled over just now.

"I won't speed again." She finishes.
