Your mum and dad had another fight, this time it was bad, really bad. Mum left him and took you along with her, It's not a bad thing, it's just, moving away from somewhere you know and love so much is hard, especially when it's because of a fight between your parents.

Now the place you call your hometown is no longer in sight, and the people you call your friends are gone. Great.

~2 weeks later~

"Hurry up! you're going to be late if you sleep in any longer!" Your mum yelled at you from down stairs, you were awake, but you just didn't want to move, the first day to a new school, It's just like your nightmares.

You steady out of bed, not wanting to make your mother mad, put on black jeans you normally wore and the first t-shirt you found. Appearance didn't matter to you, really you didn't care.

"(Y/N), IF i have to yell one more time!" Your mum yelled again.

"I'm up, I'm up, don't worry." You say walking down the stairs, your mother stares at you.

"god, please tell me you're not wearing that to school (Y/N)..." Your mother says watching you walk passed and put bread in the toaster.

"Aren't you gonna be late mum?" You change the subject, trying hard to avoid your mums question. Your mum look at her watch.

"Oh damn, I am actually." She turns around to leave but, "Hey! and don't think I don't know what you were trying to do there, just, please do good at this school." Your mother walked out the door and into her car. Soon out of sight.

Your mum had got a new job and now she is hardly home, she goes to work early, comes home late, hardly spends time with you. But it's fine, you get it, she has to work.

'Pop!'

The fresh smell of toast finds it's way into your system as you snap out of your deep world of thoughts and focus of the steaming, hot food in font of you. After eating breakfast and checking your (H/C) hair you walk out the front door, locking it, and swinging your bag onto your shoulders. You wasn't sure how today would go, good, bad, in between. Your bets were on bad, but anything could happen really.

The whole way walking to school you were thinking about everything back at your old hometown, your friends used to walk to school with you, and walk home, and sometimes you'd even check into one of the shops to get a drink on the way to or from school. You had a little group, i guess you could call it.

It was great, but now, its just you, just you and your bottomless pits of thoughts that consist of nothing in particular, drowning in a dark sea of yourself and nothing but the freezing cold wind biting away at your finger tips to guide you, looking down at your feet walking slowly along the stone path, you find yourself feeling a slight bit woozy, you shake it off.

It's time to find out how your new school is, what your life's going to become of.
