When the Bell Rings♥ - A Matthew Espinosa love story

I woke up slowly the next day. I didnt want to go but I didnt want to seem like a bastard either, so I got up slowly. I wore my sunflower printed crop top with my high waisted jeans. I took my white knit cardigan just in case. I went into the bathroom, curled my hair, and left for school. I got to my locker, and saw Matt there. I just went over and didnt even look at him. "Hey, Gabby". I just ignored him. "What's wrong? What happened yesterday after math? Did I do anything to hurt you?" he sounded like he was pleading. "What happened to you cheecks? It's all bruised up" he asked. I just sighed, and walked away. I saw Cara standing there talking to another girl, so I went over. "Hey" I said. She knew somthing was up. "What happened?"she asked. I shook my head no. She said okay but tell me later. She introduced me to her friend, her name was Sidney. She was medium height, with dirty blonde hair, and blue eyes. They kind of resembled Nash's, Carters friend that usually came over. We talked until the bell rang. I then realized I had to sit next to Matt.

I slowly approched the class. I noticed that when I came in Stacy was in my seat, but Matt was no where to be found. Yesterday, I hadnt realized that Stacy had my class, but she did, and this was hell. Right then, Matt walked in. He had a bit of confusion, when he saw Stacy, and me in opposite seats. He goes over and tells her that it's my seat. She looks at him very pleadingly. "Fine, if you dont move I will, he says. He goes over to me, sits down and smiles. I turn around to see Stacy with a sneer on her face. "What happened to the million dollars" I say. Her face fills with hate. I turn to Matt, and see him playing with his thumbs. "Why didn't you sit next to your girlfriend"? I ask. "I dont…oh, you mean Stacy. We're not dating. She makes up rumors and trys to keep everybody away from me. I like her, as a friend, but she acts like a bitch sometimes" he replies. I look down. "I'm sorry, I thought you guys were a thing and I guess jelousy took over". He looks up with a smirk on his face. "Jelousy"?  Heat overwhelms my cheeks. I look down. "Don't worry, I like you too" he says smiling with a bit of shyniss. I laugh. He face turns serious when I turn my head to the front. "Did Stacy do that" he says nudging his head foward, toward my cheek. I nod. His face turns stern. "It's okay, dont worry…and sorry I didnt text you, I over reacted to what happend, and I thought you didnt like me" I say kinda sadly. "I dont like you…I Love You"! He says shyly. I turn red in awe, could anybody get cuter than him?! We dont talk for the rest of the period, but we do sneak glances at each other, and smile.

When the bell rings, we walk to the next class together. "So does this mean we're a thing"? he asks. "You havent asked me out" I say smilling. "Would you say yes if I did"? I dont reply. I would say yes, but it just felt wrong. I only knew him for 2-3 days, and there was Stacy in the way. When we get to class, I turn around to look at Stacy. "You dont have to worry about her" he whispers. I was going to say something, when he leans in and kisses me on the cheek. "Matt"! I whisper. "What, why"? I feel my cheeks get hot. "Sorry, I couldnt resist, your beautifulness" he says with a smile. I look at the ground. I couldnt stop smiling.
