Oh Brother

chapter seven- he's what?!

fafro wasn't being his normal slut when i walked in the library. he was getting hit by a few guys in his year and i ran out when he was kicked to the ground. how was fafro getting beaten up? he was the best in our age group. but those guys were in the year above. i yelled out in surprise when i fell on my ass. i looked up and cody was looking down on me in confusion. i sniffed and he helped me up. when did i start crying?

"jesse, what's wrong?" he asked as i stood by myself. i looked up at his eyes clouded with worry. cody was strong! he could fight them off!

"fafro's getting beaten up in the library!" i exclaimed, pointing in that direction. cody's face hardened in anger and he began running to the library. i was following not very close behind.

when i finally ran into the library, cody was snarling and pushing the guys away from fafro. the guys scowled at cody before walking off. i walked up to fafro wearily.

"um hey" i muttered. he pushed past cody and i and stormed out.

"what was that about?" cody asked me.

"we had a fight and now he's angry that i didnt come to help him." i muttered.

"technically, you did save him. you came to me because you knew you couldn't handle them yourself. that's smart kid." cody reassured me with a smile. i let a small smile onto my face as he rubbed my head. "see you later kid" he said before walking out the library. i smiled at the butterflies in my tummy and ran to darla's car.

fafro was in the back this time and was staring outside with a frown. i sat in the front seat and darla drove off.

"how was your day hun?" darla smiled at me.

"not too bad i guess. mrs tonkin kept the class in for lunch but apart from that, pretty good" i told darla, glancing at fafro to see his reation. he didnt move.

when we got home, fafro slammed the car door and grabbed his skateboard and rode off. i sighed and walked into the house. i called out to dad but he didn't reply so i assumed he wasn't home. i ran up to my room and dropped my bag. i searched around for my ipod mini. i couldnt find the freaking thing then remembered that i had it on fafro's charger. i walked into his room and reached down the side of the bed. i saw a peice of paper with my name on it, literally, so i had to read it.

he's attracted to jesse, i can see it in his eyes when he's over at the house. he probly wants to date someone out in the open, seeing i'm too pussy to come out of narnia. jesse's cuter than me, he's smarter than me, and he's not hiding behind girls unlike me. girls discust me, but i need to keep my image up or the guys will come after me. i just wish he's see my pain. i just need to grow some balls.

i sat on the bed in shock. fafro was gay, and had a boyfriend in secret! why hadn't i noticed? shurely i would've figured it out, even if he was in narnia.

fafro got back to the house around dinner time. he was still grumpy though. he was pushing food around his plate all dinner. darla was getting worried.

"darling, what's wrong?" she asked fafro. he glared at her.

"why do you care? i thought jesse was your favourite!" he snarled at her. she leaned back in the chair in surprise. "it's never me, all you care about is jesse!" he added, the glare staying on his face.

"fafro stop, you know that's not the problem!" i yelled, standing up and returning his glare.

"what the hell are you talking about?" he growled.

"you can't hide forever! just tell them!" i yelled, guesturing at darla and dad.

"if did read that, you'd know why i'm never going to!" fafro yelled back at me.

"if you don't tell them, i will" i threatened.

"jesse, i'm scared okay, just leave it for hell's sake!" he boomed before flipping me the bird and walking off. i sat back down and we ate in silence. after about ten minutes, i still couldn't eat the food infront of me

"i'm going to bed, night" i said, chucking my cutlery in the middle of the table.

ya i know i haven't uploaded for a million years but i have writers block alot so thats why thins chapter isn't as good as the others. show some support please, i'd apreiciate it. also, im from australia so my spelling may be different to yours, sorry i didn't say that ealier! cheers guys 🎉
