Helloooooo wonderbugs, Okay how very cheesy :3 . Well I'm kind of awkward at making introductions for anything so please bare with me.
Writing is my passion, and reading is my only hobby. I'm an extroverted introvert, which is not really a strange term, and you'll come to know why as you read this story.
This is my first time writing on wattpad, so please give my story a chance. I really hope you like it and want me to continue.
I love every one of you guys out there reading this, you are amazing, and I really wish you succeed in whatever you've started to do at this point. Love only, Ultradeepviolet :)
"A-sureeeeee..."
Liva, only Liva, would stretch her name unconventionally.
Ashley did not understand the whole point of naming someone, only to give them a hundred obnoxious nicknames. With a different tone to each one of them, mind it.
She got up from her bed, which is one of the places she felt home, which is kind of obvious since the bed is a part of her home, but she never felt home in some places at her own house too.
She numbly walked up to her window, that conveniently faces the road to the front side of her house.
She saw Liva on her bi-cycle which was an odd sight, because they long stopped using their bi-cycles since they both turned fifteen a couple months ago.
Ashley let out a sudden burst of giggles, and she had no idea where they came from, or why, because Liva only just looked odd, and not like a circus clown. Or did she really?
Liva saw Ashley staring down at her, and knew pretty well that her lazy bum of a friend probably hadn't even rinsed her mouth yet and dropped off her bi-cycle on the front lawn and rushed upstairs.
"What's up with the cycle?"
"I felt real bad like looking at it lying down all pathetic in the garage like damn it was so sad I had to ride it huh"
That's Liva, she rapped. She never punctuates. That was one thing Ashley loved about Liva, she was unique, and spoke nonstop, and spoke for herself and for Ashley and Ashley didn't really care.
Infact, she was glad.
It was an amazing Sunday morning in the middle of July, and Ashley couldn't wait to meet Abel.
Abel was Ashley's boyfriend-zoned best friend.
She got dressed real quick, as Liva kept talking on and on about how much she loved Ashley's bed, and about the time she made out with her boyfriend Caleb on it. Ashley just kept nodding and letting out perfectly timed "Oh" 's and "yeah lol" 's as Liva kept bouncing onto different stories and "remember when" 's .
Liva ditched her bi-cycle on Ashley's yard and walked up with her to the town's infamous swimming pool, which really actually turned into a hangout spot for the students in her school because of the amazing food trucks lining the pool.
Ashley could already see Abel's dark brown hair that was so dusky it looked almost black from afar. It was really smooth though, and shiny. Ashley loved nuzzling her hand through it.
"Ladies!" Abel exclaimed, winking at Ashley and grinning at Liva. "How nice, We thought of hitting the beach without you guys really. Didn't we, Perce?" He said, looking over at his friend Percy, who had his hair dyed dark blue, which also, looked black from afar.
"Mhmhm...?" He mumbled munching on his taco, the sauce dribbling all over the bottom of his face.
Abel had a more boyish face, while Percy had a jawline and cheekbones, which made him look a year older than he really is.
Percy had pale grey eyes that reminded Ashley of gloomy clouds every time she looked at him, and it reflected his personality really, he was all time low.
And Abel had Brown eyes that looked all lit and beautiful whenever the sun shone at his face and It reminded Ashley of the Californian beaches, honey and chicken nuggets. Yes, chicken nuggets.
Percy was the hottest kid in school, unremarkably , And the minds of every single girl at school goes haywire when they look at him, Like they actually lose it with only a glance given by Percy, which is kind of weird to Ashley, since she's one of the few people who know him in and out, few, meaning Abel and Liva, and she really only thought Percy is one of the most boring person there is.
But he's really nice at times and has amazing shoulders to cry on when things get messy with Abel, or when she gets her periods and needs an emergency ice-cream party. He's there all the time, and oh, Percy is gay.
"Gah, cut it please? We're here now, and also we're the only ones who actually remember to get the sunscreen so that your tiny asses don't burn. Also, like I would allow you to go alone and stare at the 'bikini babes' ? Hell no. Come on now, we're already late." I said, frowning at Abel.
He got down the tables at the eatery and gave me a peck on my cheek.
Only a peck, and still I blushed like hell.
