Chapter 1 :Masquerade Ball preparations

In Mrs.B's class there was a special surprise for everyone in her class and she couldn't wait to tell everyone. With Marinette, still sleeping in her room. There was a knock on her bedroom door and it was her mother Mrs.Sabine calling her downstairs telling that she was going to be late to class. Marinette woke up in an instant and looked at the time on her cell phone and she dashed quickly to get dress. Tikki woke up and saw Marinette getting ready for school, because Marinette was going to be late for class. So, she helped Marinette to get ready for school and went into Marinette's purse and headed toward the school. When she arrived and she entered the class and saw Alya her best friend and Nino. Both Alya and Nino said, "Good Morning, Marinette ." Marinette said,"Good Morning, Alya and Nino." Marinette was glad that she wasn't late to class. Then Adrein came in the front of the school and went to class and saw Alya, his best bud Nino and Marinette. He said," Hi, Nino and Alya." They both responded," Hey, Adrien." And he noticed Marinette and said," Good Morning, Marinette." Marinette said, "G-G Good M-M Morning, A- Adrien." Then Mrs.B came and told everyone to sit in their seats so she can take attendance and tell the surprise that she couldn't wait to tell them. When the attendance was done she said, " The school principal allowed my class to make an event for the dance. So if you have any idea's for the dance let me know, any question. And also I will pair partners for making up a song for the dance." Everyone suggested that they should do a Masquerade Ball for the dance and everyone agreed to do a masquerade. Then Mrs.B started to pick pairs to make a song for the dance and said," Alya and Nino, Alex and Kim, Nathaniel and Julika, Rose and Sabrina, Ivan and Mayline, Chloe and Max, and last Adrien and Marinette. I hope you do your best and make this Masquerade Ball the best event of the school year. Does anybody have any questions? ." Marinette was really happy that she got paired with Adrien until,Chloe raised her hand and said, " How come I can't be paired with Adrien and that dumb, clumsy Marinette gets to be with him and not me?". Mrs.B said," Sorry Chloe, I can't let you pick Adrien as your partner and you have to apologize to Marinette from your harsh words that were disrespectful to her." Chloe went to Marinette's desk and apologized to her and whispered to her," You will pay for this Mari-brat." Then Chloe went back to her seat with a smirk on her face like she had a plan. Alya told Marinette to be careful with Chloe now that she is paired with Adrien. She told Alya not to worry. Alya was happy for Marinette being paired with Adrien and also Marinette was happy that she was going to work with Adrien on making a song for the dance of the Masquerade Ball. Adrien came up to Marinette and told her that they should work at her house and Marinette said, " O-Okay ". Then Adrein told her that he was going to her house at 4:00 pm in the afternoon and then left for a foto shoot that started at 3:00 pm. With Marinette, Marinette was daydreaming when Alya was telling her," You did it girl, Adrien is going to be your partner! ". Marinette woke up from the daydream and said, " I can't believe it that I'm being paired up with Adrien. " Alya told her good luck with Adrien and Marinette told her good luck with Nino as well. And Alya told me to tell all the details that what me and Adrien will do in the afternoon at 4:00 and I promised her that I will tell her tomorrow in the beginning of class and I told her that I will see her tomorrow and said our good bye's to one another and I went straight home.
