A Dagger To The Heart

Stiles sat in his room thinking about life and why was it hard sometimes. He heard a sound from his window and saw It was Scott

He smiled soflty and kisses him deeply.

"How are you Stiles?"

"I'm great now that you're here."

Scott grinned and held him tightly caressing his cheek " How's your arm Stiles?"

"It's okay I guess I feel way better though."

Scott nodded and kissed him deeply and held him close cuddling him.

Stiles Yawned and closed his eyes drifting off to sleep.  Scott noticed that Stiles was asleep and slowly got out of the bed and headed home.

Stiles woke up with messages from Scott

"Hey I have a surpise at school today

"You're going to Love it"

"See you at school."

Stiles smiled and texted back " can't wait"

Stiles got ready and headed off to his jeep and drove to school. And in a instant moment his worst fear was Scott kissing Kira. His heart sunk and he didn't know what to do. He was deciding if he should go up there and tell Scott but he wasn't sure.

Scott catches up to Stiles as he passed his locker. But Stiles just ignored him and walked to class walking with Lydia.

Stiles closed his eyes for a second falling asleep not having a care in the world as someone grabbed his arm and hurt it.

"Ow what the hell..?"

"Why are you ignoring me Stiles?"

"Do you think I want to talk to you Scott? Maybe I don't."

"You can't just ignore me Stiles you have to talk to me eventually.

"Maybe I can't! Okay?"

"And why can't you?"

"Maybe because you've hurt me too much Scott I don't know how I can begin to trust you I hate knowing you can't even fucking protect me and what does that show? Yeah don't answer leave me alone okay?"

Scott nodded and left without saying a world walking to his next class.

Stiles sighed noticing Lydia took the seat next to his.

"Hey Lyds"

"Jeez what happened?"

"Is that why you broke up with Jackson?"

"What do you mean Stiles?

"I mean he couldn't protect you

"I broke up with him because I didn't love him I was always scared of him thinking he would just hurt me so I just went along with my gut and broke up with him.

"Lydia why do I even try?"

"Stiles don't say that you're a good person that's why you're my best friend even though I've had a crush on you for centuries but that's over now I like Allison."

"That's great Lydia I'm so proud of you".

"Thanks Stiles Ice cream after school?"

"I'd love that Lydia.

He grabbed his backpack and heeded his jeep opening the door for Lydia.

Lydia giggled and sat in the car " What a gentleman"

He grinned and drove to the ice cream shop ordering a vanilla ice cream for him and a chocolate for Lydia.

"Movie night at my place?"

Stiles smiled and nodded " totally"

He drove to Lydia's house and went inside to choose the movie The Edge of Seventeen.

The movie was over late and stiles decided he should head out.

As he got in his car He heard his name and looked around hearing a gruff voice " Derek.

"Hey Stillinski."

"Hey Derek What's up?"

"I wanted to see if you wanted to hang out maybe go to the movies?"

Stiles took a deep breath and nodded " Alright Derek let's go hop in"

He turns on the radio singing to the song " Carry on my Wayward Son"

Derek giggled loudly and looked at Smiles"you have a beautiful voice"

Stiles blushed and sang more driving to the movies "I don't really like horror movies so The Lego Batman Movie?"

Derek nodded and paid the tickets for him and Stiles.

"Derek you didn't have to do that"

"Stiles it's okay I promise I wanted to."

Stiles smiles and heads inside sitting down next to Derek holding his hand.

He had to admit Derek was pretty cute he didn't know what to do about it. Maybe he did still have feelings for Scott but he wasn't sure.

Derek smiled and held Stiles hand tightly watching the movie kissing his cheek.

Stiles blushed brightly and watched the movie untill it was over.

"Thanks for tonight Derek I enjoyed myself."

"You're welcome Stiles see you tommrow."

He didn't know if he would consider it as a date but he sure had fun.

Stiles headed off to bed and drifted off to sleep.
