Lizzie

You know those times where you feel as if your life sucks and you need love? No? Well, ever since I was 20 I've been wanting someone to love me, and I feel like that's never gonna happen. My friend Mark said that he'd help me find a man, yet 1 year later......*sigh*. "C'mon Lizzie, Jack wants to meet you!" He exclaims and threw me over his shoulder. "Put me down Mark! I don't wanna be carried!" I pouted as he chuckled. "Next time hurry up, okay. He's been waiting for us to pick him up at his house..."(I know he lives in Ireland, just go  I with it) Ihummed in response as he sat me in the car seat. On the way there, my mind started to wander and soon we were at Jack's house, I think. "Is this Jack's house?" Mark nodded and honked the horn like five, long times. "Will you stop honking the horn Mark!" "Sorry Jack, but you were taking forever." "I should've just stayed at my house, and not let Mark in." "I know what you're thinking Lizzie." "Wh-what?" I look at Mark with a puzzled face. "You said that out loud, ya know." He laughed. My face heated as I said,"N-no I-I d-didn't. Y-you're j-just c-c-crazy!" "I've never seen a girl who stutters that much." I turned around saw a green haired man staring at me. "You're Jack, right?" I inquired. He nodded with a smile. "Where should we go?" Mark asked. "Home..." I muttered to myself. "Awwww. Is Lizzie in a bad mood?" Jack cooed while grabbing my cheek. "Ugh, please stop." He grinned, seeing that it irritated me. "No can do Lizzie." I glared at Jack to signal him to stop, but he just laughed. "Jack, stop pissing Lizzie off and sit down, you're gonna get yourself hurt. Geez I'm like a parent." I giggled at Mark's comment. "Now if you don't decide where to go in the next minute, we're going to my house just cuz." About a minute later we were at Mark's place because we didn't decide quick enough. We walked inside, and I collapsed on his soft couch. "Oh yea, Lizzie's tired because I woke her up from her afternoon nap, so don't make her mad while she's tired." I saw Jack nod before I closed my eyes and let the darkness take me.

Jack

Lizzie's a beautiful girl, and I don't even know her! How could I impress her? "Jack, will you take Lizzie up to the guest room? I'm making burgers." "Sure!" I yelled back. I walked into the living room and picked Lizzie up bridal style. While walking up the stairs, I looked at her face. She was gorgeous. I opened the guest bedroom door, carefully, and walked in. I sat her down on the bed and took a step back to look at her again. "Jack? Jack. Jack!" A deep voice yelled in my ear. "What dammit?!" I yelled back. "Shhhh! What're doin' staring at Lizzie?" He asked quietly. "I've never really seen what she looks like sooo....Here we are now. How is she still sleeping?" I ask Mark. "She's a deep sleeper, okay. Now help me with the burgers, I think I undercooked them." He ran downstairs. I looked at Lizzie once more and closed the door, exiting the room with a small smile on my face.

I know it's shorter than my normal chapters but as I said before, I'm off my writing game. So forgive me if some chapters in my books are short, for I'm off my game. Bye!
