Author's note: so I haven't updated this in forever because of writers block and I'm thinking of just finishing it and making it a short story. Anyway here is the one chapter I finally came up with for this book. The next chapter after this one will be the last.
Paige's POV
It's almost the end of summer camp but I spent the summer being Bray's girlfriend which is probably the best thing that ever could have happened to me. I really love him.
I just finished my arts and crafts project with the girls and I'm now waiting for Bray so we can go swimming. But when Bray comes up to me he looks sad and there are tears in his eyes. "Bray what's wrong?" I asked. "Randy destroyed my special box that I kept pictures of my sister in. He told me he burned it in last night's camp fire after I went back to the cabin. What kind of a friend does that?" Bray asked crying. "Awww Bray I'm sorry. But it's ok you can take new pictures of your sister when you get home from summer camp." I said. "No Paige you don't understand. My sister is dead." Bray said sadly. "Oh Bray I'm so sorry I didn't know. What happened?" I asked hugging him. "Her name was Abigail and she died of cancer." Bray said sadly. "Wow Bray I'm so sorry. But I bet she won't want you to be sad. Come on let's go see if the camp store is selling those ice cream bars you love so much. That always cheers you up." I said. Bray nodded and smiled and followed me to the camp store for ice cream.
